Picked up a Family Pack of tenders after work for quick meal. The whole family loved tenders with 2 different dipping sauces and of course their seasoned fries are a fan favorite. Quick friendly staff at drive thru service.
If I could give zero I would! Lack of customer service and handful of food not worth the price I was over charged for food. I paid for an upgrade but didn't get it and this place has lost me as a customer. Vargas is the name that was written on the paper given to me.
I tried the General Tso's boneless chicken wings. I thought they were outstanding. Very spicy and each wing was pretty good size. The fries and toast made for a nice combo. Friendly staff and efficient drive through.
Instead of advertising tenders, you guys need to put nuggets because that’s exactly what these are. I’m only 5’0 tall, my hands are tiny and your “tenders” are the size of my pinky finger. Staff was very nice. Food delivered quickly and was served hot. All the tables and high chairs were clean. A very nice change of pace!!
Fairly consistent service, especially post COVID when everywhere is struggling to keep good help. Good job Zaxby's!
Ordered out and they gave me a whole in my zax sauce. The chicken fingers were also smaller than usual.
