I had a wonderful experience here. I hadn’t eaten all day and passed by this place while visiting Marietta. I passed this placed, saw a family going in and decided to stop. I’m glad I did. The cashier was very nice and seemed very anxious to answer any menu questions. I ordered the sticky ribs basted in sweet sauce, smoked sausage, Mac and cheese, and fries. I sat at my table and the cashier brought me my food which was hot. The ribs were excellent and were just what I needed after a very trying day. They were actually some of the best I ever had. You can’t ask for a better atmosphere.. lots of space, and they played soft rock and pop from the 1970s/1980s which was very soothing while I ate. The music was turned just at the right volume level. The dining area is beautiful and I think I saw a fireplace outside where outdoor dining is available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves barbecue. The available sauces on the table were great, and I loved the metal trays they serve your meal on. Don’t miss out on good barbecue!

Food was good! Ribs were really good.
Chicken was cool.
The sides were pretty okay!
Nice & clean restaurant inside, first time here. I want to come back for the BBQ chicken Nachos.
They only have them on Tuesdays.
Brisket was cool.
We ordered all of this food for 3 ppl and had left overs. It was more than enough food & for a great price.
One thing that threw me off, was the drink machine. The Fanta taste like poop water.

I come her often but didn’t know. A little over a month ago The BBQ Place started new management. I didn’t know until speaking with the new owner while eating. Understand that your sauce is served on the side. Which takes away nothing from the deliciousness of the meat. The sides was great. This was my family’s meal. We loved it all!! Our lady at the register was great and the fellas in the back definitely doing their thang!

I've passed this place so many times and kept forgetting about it when I wanted BBQ. I will not be forgetting this place next time.
Finally stopped in while passing to try them out. Very nice and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Order and food delivery was fast. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Very tasty okra. Chicken was moist. Brunswick stew is excellent, very chunky and flavorfull. Tried the banana pudding also and am impressed.
Really good meal for the price. My new favorite BBQ joint in Smyrna/Powder Springs area.

I don't know about y'all but, when I have a craving or desire for a specific type of food and I get it and it's bad, I'm not satisfied until I get the taste I'm after. Anyways, Friday night at the other joint was disappointing. On Sunday, we just happened to be in Powder Springs and hubby was like, I wonder if there are any BBQ spots around here. So he googled nearest BBQ spots and this place popped up. We shrugged like Atlas and headed on over there. This spot is at the end of a two story plaza. I usually like to see smoke and a crowd a BBQ spots but oh well. Plus, it was early Sunday afternoon. There was one family dining inside. We ordered and seated ourselves and I couldn't help but notice how clean it was. The young lady serving us was very nice. I asked if the mac n cheese was any good and she said it was. I told her I was going off her word and we ordered brisket platters with Mac, fried okra and slaw. My daughter had grilled cheese cause...children don't understand how important BBQ is. I also got a side of chicken livers. When I tell y'all the food was AMAZING! OMG! I was shocked in a good way. The mac n cheese was soooo good. The brisket was tender - it could have used a bit more of smoke flavor, but it was still good. I was impressed because hubby is a real pit master who smokes brisket for 14 hours or more. When you've had a good brisket, it's hard to settle. The chicken livers were very good as well. They give you a basket of various sauces for the meat and even hand sanitizer. This place redeemed my Friday night experience. I would definitely visit again.

We have been coming here from the start. We took some time off and everything that is good has gone from there. Especially the quality control. My first bite of collards there was a bone in them then multiple to follow and they just taste like salt. The Brunswick stew is awful. The beans taste like they dumped a gallon of liquid smoke in them. The sauces are all different. My BIGGEST PROBLEM. The brisket has absolutely no flavor and I can guarantee was not not smoked. I could make something in my oven with more BBQ taste.
I have been the executive chef of two restaurants here in ATL and I challenge The new owners. I can make something better then what you are serving. This makes me want to come out of retirement.
You took a good business with good food and ruined it. It give you less than a year and you will be out of business.
People Publix has better food for half the price. Don’t waist your time.

Can't go wrong on Taco Tuesday. $2 a taco, and they are excellent. They come with a side of sour cream, that stuff is typically $2 extra alone anywhere else! The pork tacos are amazing. I came to eat in for the first time and ended up getting a large order to go to bring home to the family. They have a spacious outdoor patio, authentic/festive atmosphere, and very clean facility. Highly recommend!

Restaurant was beautiful and the food was good. I've been to other places with the same prices with bigger sides portions, which would be nicer. But the food was amazing and the guy in front was very kind and friendly. I'll definitely return!
