I have yet to actually be served at this location. They supposedly close at 10 but every time I've shown up after 9 (before 930), they already have the closed message in the drive-thru, and the employees see you but do not respond to your presence other than to look and possibly laugh.
I understand times are hard, but please change your hours and close at 9 if that's what needs to happen.

Great milkshakes, and that's it. Roast beef sandwich was stale and tasteless. Fries were mostly stale. Service is good, but not worth it.

First of all why are you using plastic bags from a grocery store instead of paper bag? Hot food in plastic makes bag sweat and my fries are no longer crunchy. Secondly asked for a cup.of cheese for my fries. " SORRY we're out we only have enough cheese for sandwiches" the reason why is they put sliced cheese on a beef and cheddar. At least guve the customer an option to if they want sliced cheese on what would be melted cheese. I won't be back quick update this was the wrong store The GM from the wrong store called to make it right . I ordered from doordash. I ordered an Arby sauce. Didn't get it with my order. Every time I order from an aggregate service like Doordash or Uber, I get jipped on my order. When I pay for *your* payment processing costs, and add an inflated tip AND add a convenience fee through these aggegator services, then I want to get what I order. If you hire a bunch of high schoolers at your employment locations then train them to put a sauce in the bag if it is on the order. It is not that complicated. If your mgmt teams are trying to cut costs, fair enough. But if you see requested condiments on the order, include them! If you guys are going to use Uber and Doordash, then we should get what we order...just as if we physically ordered at one of your stores!

They stopped carrying potato cakes. They stopped carrying the ham and cheese sandwich. They stopped carrying their Italian sub. I have been eating their ham and cheese sandwiches since they've opened and the reason I go there. I do like their potato cakes and I did like their Italian subs therefore I guess I will not be going there any longer. They have nothing else I would want. Besides this location has always been the slowest slowest slowest ever. It's a horrible representation of Arby's. I can't believe the corporate office hasn't done anything about this location.

Nice people but slowest drive through. The first thing you will hear on drive through is “will be with you in a minute” and you will wait for 2-3 minutes. 5 cars in line, 10-15 minutes just for drive through.
