Sitting here, waiting on a refund that they're saying they can not process because the manager is not present nor are they answering the phone. Unacceptable. Yet no one can explain why a manager has to be present in order for me to get a refund.

Had probably the worst customer service experience today that I've ever had. Waited 20 minutes in line at drive thru with almost no customers in the restaurant. No apology for the wait, got the order wrong and simply glared at by the person working the drive thru who never even spoke one word to me.
Sat trapped in this driveway for 20 minutes while they took one car at a time, made their food and transaction, then took the next car. No one apologized or said anything. I sat so long at the menu I ended up just leaving. Is this a joke? No but the restaurant is.
