I ask for no lettuce on my tacos when I go here, but this time they seemed to think a sliver of cheese was also a part of my order. All four of my tacos looked like this, and they also forgot to put my dads two tacos in the bag but still charged him on the bill. I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because the quality depends on the workers and when they've got good workers on the shift I can enjoy the food. The manager here just has to hire better people and they'll be able to get a quality fast food restaurant.

I have no idea what happened to this place within the last year. For 20 years now this has been the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot.
It's just gotten bizarre. The inside is never open. Went there last (Friday) at 11 and of course they are closed for no reason. The lights are never on anymore in the parking lot. They are making it so incredibly hard to buy food here. The app never allows you to pick up inside or go through the drive-thru, because they have blocked out those options.
I have no idea what happened to this place, but it has hit rock bottom

Not very good. They messed up my order (as per usual), and the wait was long. In the many times I have been to this location I have had a consistently bad time. I always come back every couple months to give them another try but its always not a great experience. The food is hot and somewhat fresh usually but just not very good, in my opinion.

Do not go here. You place your and that add on upcharges for things that don’t exist until your order is $2 more than it should be. When you ask they tell you chicken is an upcharge (even though the price on the board says something different for chicken) and a charge 10cents to change from a hard taco to a soft taco when no Taco Bell ever has ever charged for that. Staff was rude and could not provide any reason for the pricing differences. Drive two miles north to 92 and pay $3 less!

With the amount of employees witnessed working inside the dining area, you wouldn't think staffing was the reason the dining area is NEVER open! When I take a lunch break, I would like to sit down and eat inside the restaurant not be forced to go through the drive-thru and eat in my car. The last time I went through the drive-thru, I asked the drive-thru associate why the dining room is never open. She replied "it just depends on which Manager is working". Really?? Today was the last time I'm attempting to eat at this location until the dining area re-opens! This location used to be really good...BE BETTER!!

Visited at 2pm restaurant had 3 employees outside smoking and was told through the drive thru call box they are not taking orders right now.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I drive past another location just to come here. Food has always been on point.
