The only reason I gave two stars here is due to the good service we received from the man who took our order. We didn’t receive our full order the first time, so we came back and waited in line; we get to the window and inform the manager, who said he would get the rest of it shortly; we pull forward and he gives us a very dirty look, saying “Here’s your free sandwich, I bagged y’all’s order the first time and I know I gave you guys 3 bags. Bye.”
On top of all of this, the sweet tea tasted like chemicals, so I didn’t drink it. Very disappointed.

If I could give this location a 0, I would. I walked into this location which was understaffed and waited approximately 20 minutes, which wasn't even a big deal because I completely understand most places these days are understaffed but that wasn't even the problem. I proceeded to place my order which consisted of two burgers and ONE small fry, but Bryan whom I'm assuming was the manager, charged me for two fries, I then stated it was only one and I was very polite, he then reached in his pocket and threw $2.00 at me on the counter and this was beyond rude and inappropriate and not even the correct amount. After I told Bryan it was 2.69, he started yelling at me that he's giving me a fry, and I'm like, "Well I paid for that fry so you just owe me .69, he then very rudely went to the register and threw another 1.00 at me. I finally retrieved my order and left. The food was garbage and wasn't even worth the hassle or humiliation. Bryan if you're the manager, since you're dressed in jeans and look raunchy, rude, disrespectful to your PAYING customers, you should hold yourself to a higher esteem and do better and if you can't you should quit or be FIRED. Avoid this Wendy's if you can or better yet cook your own food, it'll taste better!

Rude! Rude! Rude! In line at 8:30 pm with 5 kids wanting chicken nuggets. Giy says his manager says they are closing in 5 mins and they aren't cooking any more food. Wendys is supposed to be fresh... Manager said she didn't care if it was for kids. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE... RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL GUY IN THE WINDOW GAVE ME THE FINGER WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT ANY OF THE ORDER IF I COULDN'T GET CHICKEN NUGGETS....

this is the worst wendys by fay far i have ever been to...they eithwr screw up your order at her window or they take atleast 15 minutes to get your food for you dont come here and the staffs dont listen...when you want a specific order they will give you attitude.

I live within a few miles of here and used to frequent this location, but honestly the service has gotten so bad within the last year or so that I’d rather go anywhere else that’s nearby than this specific wendys. They close early, forget food, have terrible attitude and are overall incompetent, and there are much better options nearby

Early morning worker needs to learn how to speak. Went to the window to pay and pick up food. He was completely mute. No thank you nothing. Told him to have a nice day and he just blankly stares.

Had a terrible experience here. I ordered a frosty-cinno from here with light ice. The cashier was extremely rude. He handed me my food and my drink. The drink wasn’t mixed and had a lot of ice. I asked him about the drink and he rudely told me to just shake it several times. This will be the last time I ever eat here. Cashiers need customer service training.

Wendy serious needs to re evaluate who they hire. I went thru the drive they today around 3:40ish and my gf order 10pc chicken nuggets. Once we were given the wrong sauce the man who appeared to be the manager become to grill us in a fighting manner and told us that he gave us sauce and that we better leave. Really thought about calling the cops be we were in a hurry.
