Online it says they close at 930, I came here to pick up an online order at 9:00 pm, the gentleman was a little upset as on his door it says they close at 9:00 pm and he is working for free now. He was kind enough to make our order while frustrated, and recommended him to speak with his manager, otherwise it will keep happening especially on weekends.

Went in to pick up dinner and the toaster was broken (which would be fine) except I ordered a BLT and a meatball marinara, both of which need to be heated. They did not tell me it was broken before making the sandwiches and were just not gonna say anything I guess until I called them out on it. They were honestly going to give me a cold meatball sub with cold cheese and unheated bacon without a word. I thought that was a bit rude to be honest, they could have just said at the start and I could have selected things that don't need heating. This is unrelated but I have had this issue in the past as well, they prioritize doordash/uber orders and will leave in store customers waiting forever. You are better off going to the Publix next door

Worst customer service. The server has a bad attitude before even asking me what i want. Then the guy asked me if I wanted it toasted and proceeds to put it in the microwave..... worst subway location I have ever been to.. I tried it a few weeks later and was served this time by the manager who also had a bad attitude and was rushing me. Note the store was empty I was the only one there... will not be going back.

Wow! They did not do a great job making my sandwich… my husband picked up lunch for me and what i got was a joke! Bread was stale… the sandwich was very lacking!! Like they used 1/2 the normal ingredients..,Apparently the guy running the show decided to skimp on everything!! I asked for oil/vinegar and salt pepper but can’t taste it all, there was like a sliver of meat and cheese.. it was more bread that anything else!! doesn’t look like anything was added?? I don’t know if it’s due to running out of product or what but that could have been conveyed if so…Back to Publix i go..

Waited for 32 minutes in a line that had only five people in front of me. Finally walked out with my sandwich unfinished. I can send you a photo of the line upon request.
Would you expect to wait a half hour for five customers in front of you? Only if the only employee working there had to keep going into the back room over and over and over again for some inexplicable reason.
Good news is that I convinced about 15 people who came in behind me that the line was not worth it so they could salvage their lunch break elsewhere. let me see. That's about $150 the owner lost in just 30 minutes. That's pretty good!
Follow up after 5 years: this jerk went out of business two years ago.

I picked up 3 delicious Subways from this restaurant today, & they were GREAT! The young man & woman who assisted me were so courteous & had wonderful attention to detail re. the sandwiches. The man & woman were really helpful & made 3 yummy sandwiches. We'll definitely return to this Subway, as they're very good!!

This store lists their close time at 9:30pm on their door and online. However on more than one occasion I've walked up well before that (9:10, etc) and the employees have literally turned the lights off an I've gotten to the door. This is happened prior to Covid and during.
They clearly need better management in the evening, or need to adjust their hours to be reflective of when they're actually open.

Pulled up to this subway at 8:45 pm (hate to come this late, but work was long), and the door was already locked with an employee closing even though the sign said open until 9:00 pm. What's up with that?
