For us, the restaurant was pretty much empty and the waitress (Dalia) was very consistent with us. The food was great and there were no complications. Dalia (sorry if I messed that up) was so kind and awesome. :3
Stopped in for a brunch and had a couple of omelette and pancake breakfast platters. The cook that morning did an exceptional job cooking up the Colorado omelettes and it had plenty of meat. My strawberry New York Cheesecake pancakes were most excellent.
The waitress was ok, I as a waitress would’ve never put this plate down on a customers table. The chicken was as hard as a rock and smelled bad. I’ve ordered the chicken and waffles at other IHOP’s and the chicken has NEVER looked like this. Chicken just seemed old.
This was the first time eating here. The outside needs attention. Alot of cigarette butts all over near the entrance. The back where you have to park needs attention.

Lots of parking. Seating was tough as the booth was too close to table and would not move for in and out. Bathrooms were not very clean but at least there was toilet paper, soap and paper towels. No soap or towels in mens room. Wall paper was peeling and windows were dirty. We had a great serve
Always good food. Always friendly staff. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was doing their jobs as best as possible on a busy lunch rush. You never felt like you were being ignored.
