Had a horrible delivery experience initially. Looked like my pizza was thrown out a window. Called up the location and spoke with the manager, Billy. He understood the problem and immediately sent out a fresh pizza.

I ask for a well done pizza , they gave me a burnt pizza , then going to tell me that’s a well done pizza, how disrespectful can an establishment be? what made them think this will be ok to deliver to a paying customer, I will never order from this location again.

Placed an online delivery order, only for it to show up 2 hours late. We thought it was an issue with the app, stating the pizza was "making". Calling the store got us no where. We were hung up on or left on hold all of the times we called, never actually getting to speak to anyone. We're not sure

Prior week tried to get a delivery, promised 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. Finally at over an hour I called to find out they haven't started making the order. To them 45 min to bring out a pizza that the app said was ready. Then they said it was just going into the oven. Insane! Called several times, different story - all this while waiting in the car. All in all, took 1.5 hrs to get a pizza.
