Had a horrible delivery experience initially. Looked like my pizza was thrown out a window. Called up the location and spoke with the manager, Billy. He understood the problem and immediately sent out a fresh pizza.

I ask for a well done pizza , they gave me a burnt pizza , then going to tell me that’s a well done pizza, how disrespectful can an establishment be? what made them think this will be ok to deliver to a paying customer, I will never order from this location again.

Placed an online delivery order, only for it to show up 2 hours late. We thought it was an issue with the app, stating the pizza was "making". Calling the store got us no where. We were hung up on or left on hold all of the times we called, never actually getting to speak to anyone.
We're not sure when this location had gone downhill so fast, as it had been our go-to for chain pizza.
Save your time, effort, and energy, maybe pay a little more, but take your business elsewhere until they figure out how to operate a franchise pizza restaurant.
Let me note, the delivery driver was at the top of his game, very respectful, and generally positive given his circumstances. This man has to be the bearer of bad news on behalf of poor store management.
Looks like fraud to me, management is misleading customers to think wait times are shorter than actual (and estimates). Then we're locked into the order with no easy way to challenge or cancel. May be worth looking into from corporate, fixing this issue could improve brand image (this likely isn't the only case

Notice how many complaints they have on here regarding slowness and how many one star ratings. This is the slowest Papa John's in the entire region. They have no customers here, no one in the drive thru, and I'm doing a delivery for a customer that has a small pizza and bread sticks. I got here 10 minutes after the order was placed, and they said it's going to be a while. They didn't even start making it yet. This is always my experience here. The Papa John's on Spring Road the order is always ready and they're waiting on me to get there. I've always had to wait at least 10-15 minutes here no matter what. 4 people in the back and only one making orders, one at a painstaking time. I used to work for Papa John's too so I know how quick I should have had this order.

Wow!! I called in my order, I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes and it was well over an hour. There were people lined up around the building inside and out. I thought it must've been some really good pizza, only to find out it was the worst pizza ever eaten.. My 1st experience with them is a lasting one to never return.

Prior week tried to get a delivery, promised 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. Finally at over an hour I called to find out they haven't started making the order. I canceled because delivery is going to be over 1 hour late. Came back now for pickup versus delivery. Person waiting on me was very nice but they could find my order.

To them 45 min to bring out a pizza that the app said was ready. Then they said it was just going into the oven. Insane! Called several times, different story - all this while waiting in the car. All in all, took 1.5 hrs to get a pizza.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered online at 10:22PM, estimated wait time was 14-25 minutes, got there at 10:45 and was told another 15 minutes. We parked the car waiting for the food and just watched as all four employees continued to just stand there as more and more cars kept pulling up for their food and just left the pizza sitting out on the counter (pictured).
It only takes 1-2 min to make the pizza and 7 minutes to go through the oven and less than a minute to box and cut the pizza, coming from someone who worked at Papa John’s before.
We received the pizza at 11:25. It definitely should not have taken over an hour and the employees weren’t apologetic at all for it and instead were rolling their eyes and giving lots of attitude when we were still being friendly with them.
Papa John’s is an amazing company with great quality pizza but the customer service I experienced at this location was extremely upsetting and off putting. I would definitely not return to this location if these same employees were working here.
