Maybe hire workers who care about there job. Just handed me my greasy a$$ bag of food, not saying a word. Then the grease goes through the box, through the bag, all over car seat! Hire better workers!
So this McDonald's is quick, seems clean, and usually has nice workers. But they ALWAYS forget an item or two. I have been here a dozen times since the remodel. Every time they forget something. I just walk in and say I am missing X and they just give it to me no issue.

Went through the drive up. Placed an order for a Large Sprite, a McDouble (special made) and a fry! Get to the pick up window, got my food and it was incorrect. Told the guy at the window (very nice young man). He told me to pull up to #1 and they’ll run it out! I sat out there for about 10-12 minut
Let's face the facts, when you're thinking of McDonalds, are you really thinking of a good or great customer service experience? I know that I don't. But this morning's experience just went to a completely different level.

I stop at this location often since it is on the way home, that will change since they continue to mess up my order. 2 day ago they forgot both my apple pies. Today they forgot the egg on my sausage egg Mcmuffin . I am posting because they don't answer the phone
Although they got one of the items incorrect I was surprised by the fact that there was no one in the drive thru. The customer service was good and my order was made promptly and was fresh.
Service was extremely slow. Almost 30 minutes for 2 Happy Meals. Then order wasn't right.Needlesd to say I will not be going back to the McDonalds on Whitlock Ave
Staff was rude and it took 15 minutes of waiting, when I was the only car in the lot at 7am, for anyone to talk to me at all and we never made it to the order. For some reason she asked if I was going to use rewards points and when I said no she never came back to the mic and I had to leave
