The people here have been welcoming and courteous even when there's been a long line for take out, an accident in front of the facility etc. The Biggie Bag is a way to eat inexpensively and well.

The dining room is open, drive thru times seem a lil longer(customer volume likely had picked up). Yet even still, they provide a great experience at this location. A little difficult to get to during rush hours.
They forgot my chicken on my CHICKEN sandwich- then got called a vulgar name because of it. Not happy. Very upset by the employees attitude .
Never again....food was cold bread was hard...ain't have no time to stop to correct it ..at least the drink tasted like it was supposed to an customer service was great but y'all gotta do better on the food
Sat at the drive-through menu and was told to wait to give my order. There was only two other cars in line one of them was waiting at the window and the other had pulled forward to wait. After five minutes and no response, I gave up and left.
I was new to the app and no one there was able to he me. The manager had to override the price to please me. I will not be back
We went and all the lights were on, no one was there. The hours say they were supposed to be open. 9pm on a Saturday. We waited in the drive through and no one answered us. What’s going on??? Doors were unlocked but no one was inside. How unsafe!
My burger was made wrong and our fries were cold. Whomp whomp! Service was what you'd expect during a staffing shortage.
