Waited 2 hours and a half for this pizza. Looks like a kindergarten’s science project. One of the worst pizzas I have ever ate. I’m not ordering here again.
The wings are hideous. Undercooked. Not properly tossed in the sauce. Depressing. I wouldn't mind my delivery taking a little longer if the quality could improve.
The pizza is fine the sandwich is fine.
Ordered delivery at 2pm. 2 hours later, nothing. Called and they said they had no drivers until 5pm. They stated they tried to call me but I got no voicemail from them.
6:30pm and STILL NOTHING and they won't answer the phone.
This store blows they regularly cancel orders after you've waited 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. Happened to me 3 times now. Get it together people.
The service at this location is horrible. I ordered a pizza and 65 mins later the app still said 76 mins till delivery. I always get excellent service. The pizza comes quickly, is delicious and piping hot. I order the large spinach and feta pizza.
Short staff and poor timing. Overall disappointed that a single online pick up order can take over 1 hour to make.
