Honestly best shrimp and grits I’ve had in a good while. Definitely very good flavor and not over bearing, good combination of everything on the plate it’s just 🤌🏽🤌🏽. Visiting L.A for the first time from Texas and man im glad my friends chose this place. 10/10 recommend.
Nice, chill spot to go to. The music was amazing, the staff was friendly and most importantly the food was beyond spectacular! I can not rave more about how delicious the food is! My favorite has to be the crab seafood cakes then the chicken and waffles and I can not forget about the nachos. Let’s j
My new fave spot. Everything I ordered was DELICIOUS. The calamari and chicken fried shrimp were my faves. The drinks were also good. Happy hour is where it’s at. The staff was friendly and the music was good. Can’t wait to go back and give my palette what it deserves.

Delicious minced ceviche. Didn’t taste like a normal high citrus ceviche, but yummy nonetheless (and importantly, the chips were very good too).

Hands down to this place.. it's located three blocks down from the Venice beach. The ambiance is soothing fun place to be at.. southern cuisine with a twist of American. I was extremely content with my food and drinks.. Definitely coming back.

Nighthawk Breakfast Bar hands down has some of the best Breakfast Food around town. From the Shrimp & Grits with polenta, and andouille sausage, to the Fried Chicken & Sweet Potato Pancakes... and many more delicious items. Cool vibe, great service, good music(hip/hop & Rnb), and close to the beach!
