Came in at 9:10pm on 4/19/22 and was craving quesadillas. Apparently the machine they make the quesadillas in was “broken” yet when I come back to order a burrito 2-3min later they use the “broken” machine to heat up the tortilla. 😐 seemed like this location gets tons of nagging customers cause ever

Sandalean was awesome. Came in off the road equally needing a restroom and food. Made me feel welcome. Usually get food to go but I dined in. Thanks a bunch.

I love Chipotle tho this particular branch made me feel very unwelcomed. 2 of the employees looked at me and the customers before me as if they were irritated that we were ordering food and then i was charged extra for 2 orders of guacamole which I did not order or receive. Will not be going to this

This is probably the worst Chipotle i e been to and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house so most convenient, however the barbacoa is ALWAYS Dry. The serving line is always a mess (even when the manager is on the line) and every employee seems like they do not want to be there!

We do not have multiple items we're advertise and we hate to boost your bowl as we're cannot provide the service..... even we will steal your cash as we will act as our machine is not working.....the cashier just gave me less cash back......then he found it magically......

The staff isn’t exactly cheerful, and the portions are more measured than the Venice location, but bottom line is this Chipotle doesn’t seem any better or worse than any of the others I’ve been to – isn’t providing the same food across locations kind of the point of a chain restaurant?

This place has the most miserable staff ever. Disinterested and curt, the girl who helped me seemed full of rage, just holding it in. What a pleasant eating environment they create. 🤢

Never order online from this chipotle. This is supposed to be a salad bowl with double steak, instead it’s a bowl of a few lettuce leaves. We order online from here frequently, trying to give them another chance, but every time the order is messed up. Either missing items, or a half order of what it
