Great little jaunt along the coast.
Captain was very well versed in the area and incredibly friendly.
He turned the boat around so us passengers could take pictures of dolphins, and even rescued a kayak that someone had fallen out of it by returning it to the boat she had swam too.
Great experience all around.

Literally ready to book fathers day cruise for my wife, my dad, myself and two kids. Subtotal comes to $359 which is fine. Then it says over 35% in taxes and fees but there is no break down. If you are going to to charge that much in fees and taxes at least let the public know what it is for. I called and when I explained I wanted to know what it was for they said sales tax, landing fee, fuel charge and $60 other fees. The first ones I get but at still just be honest. After waiting about 7 min on hold, she told me it's for boat maintenance. It's their business but when you are not honest and upfront it feels like you are being gouged. Make the the cost higher up front as opposed to trying to stick it to people and hide it on the back end. Hopefully somebody in management actually sees this. We decided to make other plans

I had my wedding with Hornblower. Unfortunately, the music and entertainment was not what I was expecting. I asked several times before my wedding if the music would play the same on all levels, and I was was told yes multiple times. The music DID NOT play the same volume on all levels. In fact, on the second level, you couldn't even hear the music. We had a big announcement to let our guests know that it was our anniversary, and I had to do the announcement myself because it was not heard over the speaker. Nor was our music for our first dance. It was basically a dance in silence in front of our guests. It ruined the wow moment. I had an entire Playlist to play while everyone was enjoying dinner and no one could hear the music. It was extremely hot on the main level dance floor. Why not run an AC so that all guests are comfortable? Instead you walk around and open windows, which Unfortunately did not help. So guests move to the sky deck. We get up there, only for the music to be low again. I wasn't expecting it to blast like the inside, but it was definitely too low for my liking. Timelines changed, you didn't let my husband walk down the aisle to the song he wanted, but you still played the song....so then why not let him walk out to it? Man oh man, all the calls, messages and emails I sent prior to, to ensure everything ran smoothly. It makes no sense. There was a lot of miscommunication with timing and it really just messed up my night to where I wanted to dock the yacht a little early so guests could exit because they looked bored. If I'm being honest, you all charge a significant amount of money to then make so many unscheduled changes, timing issues, and music/sound problems on the day of. The best part was the on board coordinator, Jeffrey I believe, who tried to keep me calm and ensure all ran smoothly, even though he knew it was a mess.

I loved every moment; however, nowhere on the reservation did it state we had to look for the actual boat titled "Entertainer". I tried going to the City Experiences office to check-in, but there was no one in the office and it was closed. This gave me a little anxiety because, even though we had time, boarding time was soon approaching. 😟

Absolutely do not recommend . They cancel without notifying you and good luck getting your money back. I purchased tickets for a bunch in November and when I arrived with my group the day of the brunch, we got there and were told it’s been cancelled . I was never notified and still have not been refunded. I call / email weekely and still nothing. All around awful business

The marina hornblower was Discusting. The plates and cups are from dollar store. The food was horrible. The ship smelled had.They have limited choice of food that is so outdated. The chicken smelled so bad. The food was just Discusting. My family didn’t even touch the food that’s how bad it was. The champagne they give u is $6 😂😂😂. Absolutely terrible to spend ur time on the ship.

Very enjoyable dinner cruise. The food was good, but not great (salmon & short ribs). Service was great, but they could use a bartender upstairs as well. Good dancing, dj was spinning a good mix of old & new jams. Recommended for groups of 4 or more rather than 2 people.

Great views for only $2.00 around the marina. They only take cash. Bring a sweater; depending on the time of day of your trip on the water bus, it can get cold.
