Very rude associate in black work polo named maritiza at your 8752 s sepulveda blvd, los angeles 90045 location. I love yogurtland like I do #PinkBerry but with a franchise store manager employee such as her leaves a foul taste in my mouth & heart! She failed from my experience and should be trained. There was a misunderstanding regarding how much was free on my birthday reward since I mixed up my reward from #Menchies and I admitted this to her but she was very condescending and rude towards me in front of other customers! Just rude! I should have come to this location as my first mind told me to! UGH! I hope Anna at the cooperate office submits my complaint and not toss it in the trash. Now I'm without my yogurt this location gets 5 stars, westchester location gets ZILCH because of their employees behavior
