We stopped by after tubing at Catawba River Outdoors. Very friendly and hospitable staff, clean restrooms and the vegetable pizza was very good!
Terrible customer service. Came to the window to order. Blonde lady walks to the phone takes an order completely ignoring me outside for atleast 10 minutes. After looking at the window on several occasions, turned around and walked to the back. Thats the 2nd time I've had encounters with her specifically ending poorly. She's causing the company to lose money left and right and I'm sure I'm not the only one
Ordered a late night pizza while we were on a camping trip. The man at the window was super nice and the pizza was PHENOMENAL.

I love this place. I always call and get take out on my way home. I love their pizza and bread. Their sauce is awesome. It is just a little building that has been there forever. It even has a drive up window. They just got an app for delivery. My husband and I have had many things on the menu. They are all delicious and reasonably priced. Remember Chow Time Pizza!
Soo good! Wonderful and memorable. We got the Laredo with marinara instead of the olive oil and it was bubbly and so delicious. The drive thru was great for spontaneous people like us. Will definitely be back. They even have a thoughtful covered dining space outdoors with picnic tables & fans.
Last night we ordered a medium thin crust Alamo Addiction Pizza, a small thin crust pineapple cheesecake pizza, and teriyaki wings. Delivery time stated 1 hour, and it was pleasantly delivered ahead of schedule. There's no mistaking the aroma of a fresh slice of pizza, the smell of the pesto, cheeses, and dough in this order did not disappoint! The cheese was beautifully melted, the crust had some crunch to it, the toppings were well-cooked and the whole order arrived still piping hot. It’s truly a wonderful taste when you take that first bite, and all the flavors of the sauce, cheese, and seasoning go rushing towards your taste buds. You can't buy happiness. But you can buy Chow Time pizza, and that's kind of the same thing. Best. Pizza. Ever!!!

When power was out due to wind we had to feed 3 hungry teenagers and us they came through! $120 and three full boys plus us! 5 pizzas, cheese sticks and plenty of garlic butter and marinara! Saved the day!
This place must be under new management. Before they were mostly OK. Now they go above and beyond every time. We usually order from here once a week and I am so impressed with the level of customer service- from the people that answer the phone, to the managers, to the delivery drivers. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. They’ve called us back to confirm our order when things we usually get were put in their system differently. They’ve remembered that we like our pizza’s uncut and honored that preference even when we forgot to mention it. The personal touch and the extra effort is definitely noticed. Also, they are the only folks that deliver out around Lake James. I will continue to recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. Keep up the great work Chow Time!
I love their pizza @ Chow time! The only complaint I have is the past 2-3 times I've ordered cheese sticks, the cheese is too cooked that they look more like bread sticks. Other the that, the staff is kind & pizza taste great. Pizza & cheese sticks is all I've ever ate their. So if you want good pizza @ a good price, I definitely suggest Chow Time. Happy eating!
