This was hands down the best pizza hut we have been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was made to perfection with utmost care to ingredients. Respect to all the guys working there and thank you all for making sure we had a nice time. Will definitely be visiting again.

I bring my kids here on a weekly basis to have pizza night and play the arcade games. There aren’t that many games to play but it is fun for the kids anyway. The pizza is always good and hot, the pan crust is the best, in my opinion. Service is typically good, as it’s never super busy during the weekdays.

Pizza 🍕 tonight. Pan Pizza is my favorite. I like it best. This restaurant was recently redesigned and I think it was a needed Improvement. Place looks much better. More inviting. Staff was friendly and busy with customers. This is a excellent choice for Pizza 🍕 and lot's of other. Menu items. Wait time was minimal. And my food delicious. The best part was meeting Arianna, my hostess. She's an absolute gem 💎 at this place. She kindly consented to her photo being used in this review. Tanx. I asked her if she'd like to remove her work apron. Awesome from her was, I'll leave it on to Represent. ✨️💯 . A really amazing girl. Go see Arianna , and have an awesome pie. And leave her a good tip. Smile alone is worth it. They lucky to have her.

Look, i don't understand why, but this pizza hut has the BEST staff of any I've ever visited. Whenever i call to order or visit the restaurant, everyone is helpful, friendly, and dare, i say, even fun. Also, i get that all the recipes and ingredients are uniform at each pizza hut, but the food at this one tastes better to me for some reason. Maybe the vibe has something to do with it.

Oh how I miss the Pizza Hut of the 80s and 90s. I was feeling nostalgic and many Pizza Huts in my area have sold their sit-down restaurants in favor of a pickup/delivery only counter. They may have a small table, but not a real Pizza Hut restaurant. This nostalgia led me to the Pizza Hut in Marion. I went twice, and ordered a different sized pan pizza each time. Personal the first time, medium the second. The first visit: The manager was obviously shorthanded and had to handle managing the restaurant with serving the patrons. I don't hold that against the management, given the way things are right now, especially in that sector. While I am understanding of that, it does not change the fact that your service may vary. It took 10 minutes for a cup of water. Again, I understand, but it doesn't change that fact. The personal supreme pan pizza was superb. It was so good I almost ordered another but I just didn't want to wait. No, it wasn't the buttery crispy pan pizza of the Pizza Hut of yore, but that's just Pizza Hut, they just don't do it like that anymore. However, it was still a very good pan pizza, and like I said, I wished I had ordered a larger size. Second visit: I came back the next day during my lunch break. This time the service was much quicker, which was good, since I didn't want to be late getting back from lunch. The service was quick and timely and that totally made up for the previous day's shortcomings. This time, I went with a medium supreme pan pizza. It felll short. Overall, it was ok, but there was just not enough cheese. There were many places allover where there were just lakes of tomato sauce due to a lack of cheese. A medium supreme pan pizza costs significantly more and given that price, a lack of cheese is a cardinal sin. Let me just go ahead and say this to all Pizza restaurants, CHEESE IS IMPORTANT on a pizza. The rest of the pizza was good. The ingredients were flavorful, but the lack of cheese brought the pizza on part with the previous day's service. Consistency can make or break a restaurant. Look at McDonald's. Their food is mediocre at best, but it's always usually always the same mediocre at every location. Guaranteed "mediocre" beats "might be awesome, might be bad" everytime. I will probably be back. They got a good foundation, it's just getting everyone to show up and everyone who does, one the same page. The Arcade: Definitely not what I was expecting by the term "arcade." I would've loved to seen an old Galaga game but of course, that's probably not what the kids are into. What they have are those "ticket winning" machines. Despite how you feel about ticket machines literally being unregulated gambling for kids, I've always loved me some skee ball, and they are all skill games. I would say this location is better off having them than nothing at all. I can imagine it gives the parents a few moments of peace to enjoy their pizza as well. Pizza Hut is an American icon. I would love to see them return more to their roots when it comes to their restaurants, especially the pre-Pepsi owned days. There was just a magic about those old restaurants and their pizza buffet.

What a wonder pizza hut! It was very clean and the atmosphere was fun! They offered daily lunch and dinner specials. The menu had a great selection, in case you were in looking for something besides pizza. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly! Our server, Jonathan, was amazing! There's an area in the back with games for kids, for example, skeet ball and whack-a-minion. The games provide tickets, which can then be turned in for prizes (imagine a mini chuck e cheese). The restaurant had a set up for a "food bar", however it's not currently available. The staff were trying to keep guest spread out at various tables to allow for social distancing and the staff all wore masks. Honestly, we had a GREAT experience and will absolutely be back!

I was very pleased at how fast I received my delivery. It was very hot and was exactly how I wanted it! The driver was super nice and Krystal the manager was very helpful. Derek the cook did an excellent job, my pizza is delicious! Thank you Marion Pizza Hut for the great experience! 10 stars!

Tayla is a badass worker. The only one out on the floor, taking orders, filling drinks, making sure everyone is all set and taken care of. Always has a smile on her face and always treats everyone with respect. Whatever she makes now is not enough for the work that she gives out.

Pizza and cheese sticks were great but service was sub par.. I understand that Sundays there will be a rush but a senior member of staff (male no name tag)was upset by this. Throwing things behind the scenes and cursing loud enough for all to hear. I only allow myself and my son one cheat day a week, will not be back for pick up on those days. Waitress and delivery staff friendly tho.

Food was good. But what got me was the service. The waitress was super nice, very quick, and always had a smile. She made sure when i left I got a to go cup full of sweet tea. Don't know your name but thank you for the hospitality! I will be back! ;-)

I ordered online, but was one hour early for pickup. Taia made sure a pizza was made for me immediately. And as always, the pizza was great.

Understaffed! They actualy turned people away because they couldn't get the tables cleaned fast enough. Aside from that, our server was very nice. She never stopped moving and had a good attitude the entire time. Pizza was tasty. We had the Detroit style meat. It was good but, the pepperoni one was better. I think less toppings on the Detroit may be key. Will be back.
