At counter to order and no customers in dining area nor in line behind me.
I waited for over five minutes and no one noticed me nor asked if I needed any help. I asked for help no one replied and didn’t notice I was there totally ignoring me. Finally a young lady came over to take my order. I placed
Order/pay up front? Seat yourself?
Zero direction. Zero signage. Zero waiters.
Good luck getting a to go box. 5 employees look at you standing at the counter but never offer assistance.
The girl running the drive thru window was more interested in socializing than customer service. Honestly, no one really cares that she used to work for mcdonalds or any other factoid from her life. I'm not your friend I'm a customer.
I was trying to get my food and I sat in the drive thru for 10 min. 3 employees walk past window didn't even come up to window. Plus a lady look right at us then walk away. And left without out food taking our business eles were #papa johns services is better.
PJ was an amazing driver. Went above and beyond on a delivery including buying plates, cups etc so our food wouldn’t get cold. Amazing customer service!!!
Great pizza, staff was unbelievable I would definitely recommend getting pizza there again or at any of the Donato's that you may come across
Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever ask for extra topings got what you normally get didn't even get the bread stick and it was $32 dollars when we could have got a better pizza from Krogers ask for the corporate office number and it's privately owned and nothing will be offered to us this is sad
Apple dessert was bad, apples could have been peeled at least, had one bite and threw it away, cherry would have been a better choice.
