This place never disappoints. We have been here numerous times and it has become our go to spot. It started with the hostess who did every single thing a good hostess should do. She greeted us warmly and made us feel good that we had chosen their restaurant. Our server was Shauna who provided perfect service, was always checking on us and made sure everything was delivered quickly and hot. The presentation on the food is always top notch and I have never had a bad meal here. The mussels are some of the best around, the French fries were perfect (and if you’re with me on this one - too many people screw up the fries), the pizza is so good it’s hard not to get it every time and there are several good combinations. My wife loves the beet salad, the lasagna looked amazing. I want to keep going back because they have so many good choices on the menu that I haven’t tried yet. You would think I work here or know somebody here but it couldn’t be further from the truth. I simply really enjoy this place and feel it’s appropriate to give recognition to a place that seems to be doing everything right when too many restaurants fall short on either quality or service. If you haven’t been here - try it and I’m pretty sure you’ll feel the same way.
Love the concept behind sharing plates....it's my favorite way to eat bc you can try a little bit of everything....gluten free calamari is awesome!!! The crab fries with long hots are mouth watering....who doesn't love cheesesteak egg rolls, they are off the hook. The chopped salad is probably one of my favorite salads ever, the dressing is amazing! The pizza is delicious. You must save room for desserts bc they are ridiculously good!
I first went to LaScala’s Fire when they first opened and I was extremely unimpressed. My daughter goes often with her friends and always tells me that’s it’s better so I gave it another chance and I have to tell you it was amazing! The food was great and the service was great too! The atmosphere is a little Vanderpoel Rules like but it’s totally worth it! I highly recommend this place now!
Had a great lunch with our work group. David was our server and he was amazing. Never had to refill our wine glass with David as our server. He was very attentive to our table. Food was amazing in a very relaxed atmosphere with the music outside. Emily was even great and took pictures for us.
The LOUDEST restaurant in town!
The food, the drinks, the atmosphere are all good enough but definitely everyone who dines will suffer from hearing loss lol.
The bar is quite LIVELY!
Absolutely amazing! What a great restaurant! I was there for a birthday dinner. We were three at the table and ordered two pizzas and two entrees, and soda. Everything was delicious!
Be sure to order the ricotta with honey: delicious! Every other table also ordered this haha.
And it's not so expensive!
Great food, great atmosphere, solid staff. Waiter was great to us. We celebrated a Birthday and that worked out as well. It's definitely loud in there, no denying that. I think it's the architecture of the building. Regardless we enjoyed it thoroughly and will be back.
Nick gets the spectacular server award. My friend Joanne and I celebrated our birthdays today. I asked Nick would this restaurant ever let you try something on the menu? He said what would you like to try. I said ricotta with honey and bread. He served a nice portion of ricotta and bread.
The next time I go I will order this appetizer.
Also he was very attentive.

Simply marvelous birthday celebration with an excellent server!
I can count on one hand how many times I’ve eating out in the past 12 months. This was truly a delicious meal. The coffee was superb. Better than any coffee I’ve had in recent memory. The seafood was cooked perfectly and looked big, but didn’t sit heavy in my stomach. The restaurant was roomy and I wasn’t worried about being inside with others. Thanks for the great meal!
Tried this place for dinner they had nice and quick seating outdoor and indoor. Our waitress was kind, we ordered the Brussel sprouts and calamari for starters, the brussel sprouts were good the calamari not the best but they were ok, we also had the grandma pizza it was good I would get light sauce next time but the cheese was very good and the crust very nice soft but crisp. We had the chicken Marsala which I didn’t care for really had no flavor, my sister ordered like a Alfredo with pancetta that also had no flavor just creamy. The chicken parm was actually okay not bad but not amazing, the vodka pasta I can say was pretty good. It is a nice restaurant friendly staff good service.
