My daughter and I were shopping in the area and wanted to have lunch somewhere other than the diner. Funny how our minds were both fixed on Bertucci's. It's been a long time since I have been to one and I have never been to this location. Upon entering this location it appeared to have a more open inviting feel then then the location I normally go to. I was surprised to find they weren't really busy. Maybe it was the weather that day or the fact they sit slightly back off Route 73 and you may not notice them. We were promptly seated and brought our drinks. Please be aware they have switched to paper straws like most places. I only mention this as some people find these hard to use or they start to fall apart. In these cases I like to bring my own biodegradable plastic straws. Out of everything on the menu we opted for pizza and a calzone. The food was so delicious I forgot to take pictures. We were also sorry we didn't order dessert to go. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is one place that will remain on my list to revisit.

Came to Bertuccis last night for dinner and had a great experience. There was only one waitress last night which I was very surprised by but she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. My favorite part was the chocolate cake and the bruschetta appetizer. Though I came here a few years ago and got a dish called the Chicken Domani, I’m very disappointed that was taken off the menu! It was my favorite and I really think it should be brought back. Overall, great restaurant, I always love coming to Bertuccis.

Tiffany D. Was awesome, quick service, quickly refilled drinks and updated on any food delays. Couldn’t ask for more. The 80’s menu was great especially the Nolio! 😋 yummy

When we first arrived, the host stand was not very welcoming and we were unsure how to put in our name in order to be seated. The host finally arrived, however, we were not greeted and had to go out of our way to ensure we would be seated. The rest of our experience was great! The 80s theme was fun and the prices were great! The food was also very good! Warm bread and delicious pasta! Our waitress, Tiffany, was wonderful, provided great service, and explained everything! Good experience overall, however, general cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant could be better.

I was passing by during a band tour and thankfully we overheard some locals talking about about Bertucci's. Being gluten free I find it difficult to dine out, but Devin was very knowledgeable about GF dishes or ones I could substitute to be GF and made me very comfortable about what I was ordering. The food was top notch quality but the best part about out experience was seeing the employees personalities and seeing them interact with eachother. Devin, I want to personally thank you for taking my GF intolerance and my friends nut allergy seriously and for making out 17 hour... sleepless tour worth it! If you're thinking about dining at Bertucci's, please do yourself a favor and go!

Great experience today, our server Devin was a pleasure. She greeted us quickly and with a smile, brought us hot-out-of-the-oven rolls with seasoned olive oil that was delicious. We tried one of the new salads to their menu and it was fresh and delicious. It had been 11 years since my last visit and now I can't wait to return. Thank you Devin for your suggestions for lunch, you helped a great meal be that much better.
