I'm not sure if new employees are trained properly. I called in a carry out order for a thin crust pizza. The young lady on the phone was a little mentally slow. I was asked my order three times and was quoted the wrong price based on the special. I arrived to pick up my order. I checked before pulling off and discovered that it was made wrong. So, it had to be remade and it was a 15 additional minutes to wait.
