Hands-down, the best veggie calzone that I have had. And what made it even better, was the marinara sauce which will tell you whether or not you’re in a true Italian restaurant or not. This is an Italian restaurant! Friendly staff, willing to find out answers and provide great service.
My husband and I went to Rania's Restaurant in July and it was wonderful! The atmosphere alone was fantastic and our waiter was very nice and very fast! We loved everything from the moment we walked in! The service, food and entertainment were great! We started with the Egyptian Bread, my husband had the chicken curry and I had eggplant parmasean, the sangria was very nice too! We're going back for his birthday dinner! See you soon Rania's! 😊
Went for the first time to this hidden jewel last night with my wife and another couple. Great food, Awesome waiter. Love the older vibe decor. Comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely go again and recommend.
Food looked great and most of it was good however one seafood item seemed a little undercooked. I just took it home and finished cooking it there. Defeated the point of eating out. Otherwise service and atmosphere was good.
I have been to this restaurant 3 times now and I Love the food, the Egyptian bread is wonderful, the Moscato is amazing. I wish I could go here all the time !
Walking in, I felt like I was in a way back time portal, so my expectations were low. However, the service was great, and the people were very helpful. I got the lasagna and a Caesar salad, which were fantastic. My son got the shrimp alfredo, which he deemed "meh". The alfredo sauce was very thin and didn't mix well with the pasta. The bread provided and the accompanied marinara sauce was a great free appetizer. Overall, don't let the looks fool you, Ranias is a pretty solid choice.
Very nice place to eat, it's nice and cozy. Love the atmosphere and my waitress Shavondra was so professional and helpful and she knows her. One of the best waitresses I had ever had serve me. I will be back alone on her customer service. My wings was very good and nice portions.
One of the nicest dining experiences you can find in Martinsville. Staff is very kind and the food is very good!
In 1 word DELICIOUS!!! Best ITALIAN food in all of Martinsville/ Danville area! What a great find. Thank you for such good food, the chicken and pepperoni in the Stromboli was so fresh !! The dough is to die for. can't wait to go back.

Really nice service and atmosphere. The flavor was really nice of the Salmon and the chicken was very tender. Only thing I wouldn't recommend was the Calamari, the breading is very heavy and seems to be pre-made
