Had no problems with my order. The only thing I can say is that they could clean the tables better.

Went here after a visit to the hospital on the way back home right around lunch time on Wed. 01/18/23 , and the front cashier was very nice. She was just absolutely delightful making the visit that much better, got the order right and brought it to the table for us. The food was hot and fresh. Will
Hot food is what you want at a fast food place and every Micky D's I have been to in the area has given us just that. No more drink machines in the lobby to be able to get it yourself, boo Micky D's.
Love McDonald's stopped in for a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder to go it was really quick even though there was a long line and it was delicious MissCSA
The sweet tea was the best I have had in a long time than any other McDonald's, and the food was good as well. I got me a to go cup of tea it was so good!
The manager there makes me smile every time I go there. The steak egg and cheese bagle there is Awesome. Much better than anywhere I've gone to. From Roanoke to Martinsville. I do that trip every day.

I usually go drive thru when I go to McDonald's. This one in particular has a super friendly Associate at the helm. She was so nice and polite. Ill definitely go back here as my order was correct.
The new touchscreen order option with the sit down number placards is really awesome. There was always someone there ready to assist during the order process, and they bought my food to my table and cleared it after. They even checked in a few times to make sure I was satisfied. Really a nice step
Good eats and speed is good. Just make sure to count your money if a certain dude is taking your order. He likes to keep a dollar for himself every time you visit. Then you have to remind him that he shorted you. Happened to date 4 times.
Busier than normal for lunch hour. Could tell there was some confusion/chaos going on with the staff but was manageable and took care of the customer's.
