Very nice clean Place friendly people . My only gripe would be there is too much food on the prep line for slow period. My sausage egg cheese croissant was a little dry and old
Had a great experience with the staff. It's the customers that you got to watch for. Most seem to have never had to leave work to get something on lunch break... customer deliberately holding up the drive thru... cause why should she move when she was done ordering. The next man in line finished his text message before pulling up to the speaker. CUSTOMERS SUCKED EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT. what do you do...
The food is awesome and always tastes the same. It's a consistent place to eat. They always get my order right unless we order doordash then we might not receive everything we ordered. But that could be the dashers fault so that won't be considered in this review. Hence the 5 stars. I like all the food on the menu here and would eat anything from it. The employees don't hang around goofing off, they're always working and doing their jobs, atleast when I'm there anyways. They usually get our food done and served to us in a reasonable amount of time in both the drive thru and when ordering inside. The atmosphere is always laid back and chill. It's a good place to go for all your fast food needs!!!
They may be slow sometimes but the food is always hot and fresh off the grill or out the fryer
I've ordered from the mobile app twice in the past two weeks and have had a great experience both times. I've been getting the double whopper and small fry for $7, which is great value for your buck. I get extra ketchup and extra mustard with cheese, hold all other toppings that come on the sandwich and my order is filled to perfection every time. I've been greeted with friendly, smiling staff in the drive thru each time. I would highly recommend the Martinsville, VA Burger King to everyone.
Better than Jersey Mike's if you want food to taste just like it is in the Advertising. May be a bit of a wait however the food is hot and you get your order right in that timely manner.
They cut my sandwich 🥪 in half 1/2 Mcnasty Donald's don't even have nothing compared to Burger King
I love Burger King in Martinsville it's so much better than the one in Collinsville.
Every time I hear my food is always right the ladies that take my order are always friendly and polite. Much better than the one in Collinsville, where Richard manages and he's just nasty all the way around like I don't know how they hire that dude.

Visited this place and was easy to get in and out of. The food was what you would expect from a Burger King and the staff there seemed nice.
Fast service. Friendly service. Hot fries. Hot onion rings. Burger was hot and burger fixings were cold. All Burger King should be like this one. 😁
