got an email saying our pizza would be done at 7:40 after placing the order around 7:10. nothing showed up. at 8:10 we called seeing where it was and they said it wasn’t even made yet. gave no explanation. terrible customer service
I don't like tipping before I get my food, that leaves the driver no motivation to actually give me my stuff on time. Also, is it customary to add hair to every Pizza? I never order it with my pie but Ive gotten it with the last two orders. Just wondering

When we arrived to pick up our pizza we were informed that the location had had an issue and werent able to fulfill our order. I understand that things happen. They don’t answer the phone whenever you call to place an order. Just young kids that work here that don’t take their job seriously.
Tried to place an order and was put on hold after giving order for 10 mins. Called back and attempted again same thing happened took order then told to hang on and put on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up and ordered from somewhere else.
The pizza i ordered was the super supreme add bacon and extra cheese, i saw no extra cheese and was light on the toppings. The pizza appeared to be cut by a 3rh grader and sloppy.
Food was perfect. The lady working made a mistake making my pizza and gave me my correct pizza plus the one with the wrong sauce. Mistakes happen, she did a great job taking care of it.
