Best donuts. This little donut shop has the best and freshest donuts I have ever tasted. They also serve excellent coffee, they serve full size breakfasts but have never ate there for breakfast. Much better than CakeMasters which is terrible.
Basic Breakfast. My husband and I went to the Happy Donut for breakfast the other morning. The service was fast and friendly. The breakfast menu is very simple and so is the food. It was a simple good breakfast.
Great service, great food. The owners and staff are very friendly, and the food was just awesome. I had the beef Bul Go Ki. Beef was tender and seasoned perfectly. I love their fried rice (which is basically white rice fried with a little egg and some veggies, no soy sauce, which is how I like it). We went there around closing time (1pm), and they were nice enough to give us a sample of their amazing cucumber-only kimchi, as well as load us up with all of the leftover donuts, which are amazing. I can't wait to go back again.

A great family run place. This is a great place for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is freash and hot and the limited lunch menu is freash and made to order. For lunch they also offer a few Korean dishes that are very good. We eat here quite often and highly recommend Happy Donut. The owners Sarah and Kim are wonderful people.

As always donuts are amazing and the breakfast burritos are very tasty I have mine with green peppers mushrooms and salsa and it’s always made fresh and it’s delicious. staff is friendly and I highly recommend this donut shop café
Decent breakfast place. Had no idea it had Asian food though. Guess it kinda makes sense now. Going to need to come back and try their bulgulgi sometime. Great prices btw.
Great burgers, patty melts and bulgogi. I love the yaki mandu as well. The owner gave my group a free dozen donuts each when we paid. They close at 1pm and we left at 110 so they just gave them to us.

I diverted off of I10 to miss some holiday traffic and was looking for a 'local' breakfast place. Saw this place from the road and u-turned into it. Wow! Was I happy I did. Not only fresh, tasty donuts (had them as snacks on the road), but one of the owners (and dang it...I didn't catch her name), suggested 'bulgokai' for breakfast (see picture). She explained the 'gokai' part means 'from fire' like grilled meat. You could get chicken, beef or pork and I went with her suggestion (pork). YUM! Excellent tasting meat, cabbage, carrots and a tasty side of home made cucumber kimchee (I've never eaten kimchee before and now wondered why I waited so long)! The food was fast, very tasty and filling. The owner was very friendly and helpful (she hooked me up with a couple of donuts 'for dessert '. I'll def re-route my trip to stop thru again!
Happy Donut & Breakfast is local to me. It's a short drive from my home in Mary Esther and for quite some time I've been eyeing it. So pleased with my visit! If you are in the mood for a traditional Diner/ American cafe style menu this is the place. Their menu also includes authentic Korean dishes. I had the patty melt with fries and two French toast plates for my children with sausage and bacon. There was so much food, I still have a plate of French toast for leftovers. A good visit in my opinion, to places of this style is grand portioning and traditional style. Happy Donut does the job. The cashier, was very nice, gave me a drink and 2 donuts for free after I ordered and paid. Quick service. My kids LOVED the French toast. Please visit Happy Donut for breakfast, brunch, early dinner instead of choosing a chain like Waffle House, cafes like this need to stay alive in our community and through local shopping they will!
Great traditional donuts. Reminds me of a donut shop i would visit as a kid in the 80s. They also have a solid breakfast menu. Very tasty. Surprisingly they have korean bulgogi for lunch which was flavorful and a generous portion of thinly sliced steak. I highly recommend you give them a try. The owners are delightful.

Do not pass this place up! Hands down the best spicy bulgogi I've ever had, I loved it and the cucumber kimchi was out of this world.

The food was delicious and served speedy! The owners were very friendly. French toast AMAZING. And the eggs were served unusually but they were equally as tasty. I love hole in the wall / mom and pop shops and this place was perfect! Support your local businesses!!!!
This place is a Hidden Gem everybody should know about it the cook / owner is very quick and efficient bringing your meal out and he is excellent at preparing it.
The waiter was very consistent at meeting your needs while you're eating and it was definitely a pleasure stopping in here.
So if you haven't been here before I would definitely highly recommend it very nice place!

Incredible home cooking for a low price! The donuts were pretty good, but the hash browns and bacon were perfectly cooked and the French toast was to die for. Best meal we've had in Florida. The sweet little owner was so nice and even gave us a free donut to take with us! Definitely stop by here if you're passing by!
My absolute favorite place to eat breakfast in Florida! We come here every time we visit, and I have never had a bad experience. The french toast is some of the best I’ve had. I’m a pretty picky eater but the Bul Go Ki was amazing!! They are some of the sweetest people and I look forward to coming back every time.

Highly Recommended. Happy Donut is the real 'local' deal. I live in Gulf Breeze and my brother lives in Destin. Years ago we decided to start getting together someplace in between for breakfast. Enter - Happy Donut - exactly half way between us - give or take a couple hundred yards. Really. We've been there at least a couple dozen times - and we've always had a good experience. Treated kindly and fed beyond well. Service has always been good. Food has always been over the top. And the prices have always been more than fair. The owners are there from before sunrise to closing - seven days a week. Who does that anymore? The momma takes care of the front of the house and the poppa takes care of the back. Breakfast is always great. Just order whatever you want - they have it. And they have a ton of great, fresh pastries, too. Honestly, I don't know how they do it all. Seriously. I've never seen more than the mom and pop. They're never standing around - always busy tending to something. Give them a chance. Be patient, be nice. Treat them with respect as if they were your own parents. They deserve at least that for their enduring service to our community! Happy Donut! What more could you ask for!
I have never had a bad experience at this cute little donut shop. The breakfast wrap is amazing, the donuts are fresh, and the sweet little Korean couple that run the place always makes me smile. I come here every time I come to Florida because it's the perfect way to start a vacation day.
New owners doing a great job, they hired a couple of great people to be the line cooks and they are both very helpful and great breakfast cooks. They still have Korean food on the menu and it's good, donuts are available but for me breakfast is good.
