Waited for 15 mins in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me. Spent $15 on a chicken strip basket, by the time i got my food, fries were cold and chicken rubbery. Also asked for extra ranch and got 2, for a 6 piece chicken strip. Totally disappointing!! Crows dont care if fries are cold.

When are the lobbies going to be open again. This whole thing about the lobby being closed was due to COVID-19. That threat is over. The lobby needs to be open for people that can't go through the drive thru
For some reason they can never get my order right it's not that difficult but they never can get it right then when you call to let them know they ask if I have my receipt and on this occasion they never gave it to me and then they're calling me a liar saying that I never went there yeah I wouldn't
So I arrived at the jack in the box at 9:48 after a long day of work, yes the line was long and wrapped around the building but I was willing to wait. I waited once I got to the drive thru speaker I was told they were closed! It was only 9:56! Very disappointed.

I just ordered a #7 meal with the burger only ketchup. I get home and there is mustard and mayo on the burger. Good thing I check otherwise. I tried to call and no answer.
