This place never disappoints, burgers were cooked to perfection, and their house sauce is everything. Can’t beat bottomless fries, nice vibe and great service.
Been a fan of Red Robin for 30 years, the restaurant goes back to the 1940's, in my youth it was a tavern with cheap beer and better great burgers, with the old wooden floors you could smell all of the great times in this place, now its main stream corporate chain restaurants no longer 64 oz pitchers of beer and $1 cheese burgers but " gourmet" burgers. Good but not great.
I do get a chuckle when I ask the "history" of the restaurant, almost all have no clue.
There are better burgers around.. Its not that this place is bad but there are much better burgers in the area. The meat at red robin never seemed right to me. It tasted fine but the texture is off. The garlic fries are a great side and their shakes are also good.

Not damn bad for a chain restaurant. It may have a Chuck E. Cheese or kid's place vibe but they do take the food and the service seriously at this location.
We ate here recently. The service was excellent. The food was excellent and well prepared, while not highly imaginative. We didn't get burgers this time. My wife got fish (fried cod) and fries. Excellent fried fish. I got the Italian-flavored (or faux Italian) grilled chicken, salad, and fresh mozzarella dish (forget the name of it.) While the combination of elements was offbeat for a place like this, it worked. Plus a yummy bowl of french onion soup with a really nice browned cheese crust.
To reiterate what another reviewer said, in general, most of the burgers tend to be on the sloppy side because they are loaded with stuff. I'd be inclined to ask for the extras on the side so that I could modulate the moisture level of the burger's condiments and toppings.
Don't let the juvenile tone of the marketing of this place (including the walk around "red robin" who visited tables when we were there) turn you off. Even grownups can find something to eat here. :)
6/10. I thought of this place as I was writing a review for Five Guys. I used to come here pretty frequently when they had the five alarm burger. It was (except for Zip's Cafe), my favorite burger place due solely to this burger.
Unfortunately, they've replaced it with the Burnin' Love Burger, which just doesn't quite cut it. The only real difference is that they now fry the jalepenos. This is in theory a good idea, but they get soggy and then compound the already irritating issue of soggyness on the burger as a whole. Also, stop using pickled jalepenos - use fresh ones, it makes a huge difference!
As a side note, the onion rings are great, despite being a little too crispy (and sometimes burnt).
Helpful and Tasty. I used to go here fairly often with some friends from works. The orders were usually correct, and the few times they weren't they were corrected quickly and occasionally we got it for free too.
This Red Robin normally serves good food at a reasonable wait time. The only thing that this specific location could do better on is keeping a full staff. I feel like there are only ever like 2 servers on rotation and they are constantly running from table to table. That isn't to say that their service isn't good, I think they do a phenomenal job under that kind of pressure.
I tired Red Robins same location multiple times, the veggie burger doesn’t taste the same. But I love the bottom less sides. Both sweet potato fries and garlic fries are delicious.
Great Great customer service! I place an online order and thought my pickup was at this location but it was in Kenwood. The bar tender said she would let me talk to the manager. I think her name was Tracey. She called the other location to see if they would cancel my order there and give me a refund so that they could cook and make my food here in Mason saving me a trip. It was my mistake for not verifying the location but they took care of me. Good customer service is lacking in the food industry....but not here! The food was excellent and hot. I'll definitely be back!

Our server and the whole serving staff. We're very attentive to our large party.
All food was exactly on par to Red Robin's standards. Perfectly prepared Burgers and Hot Hot French Fries.
Very nice experience, food was fresh and service was excellent. Our waiter Gabe was very friendly and provided excellent service. They’ve improved a lot since Covid and their food is better than when I dined there during Covid. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Adorable little place with good gourmet burgers 🍔 Food was fresh and delicious 😋 Had a great experience 😋 👌
I have to say, I’ve been to many different Red Robin’s, and by far this one has to be the best, the food the atmosphere, the service are all top of the line 💫 I recommend anyone who loves food to visit here 😎
One of the few places that you can get a true burger that tastes like you remember, like it should. Not, ha, ha, fooled you, plant burger. AND, onion rings or potato bits from heaven. Like you "need" an appetizer? But. If you do, hot, soft, buttery pretzel bitrs with warm chees sauce. You can't go wrong with anything from the menu. Get there and get some!
Party of 18, (10 kids) and the wait staff didn’t miss a beat. They were on refills and getting orders out quickly. Very attentive and great service. Food was on par for a Red Robin as usual
I had a lettuce wrapped bacon burger and a bottomless salad! Very yummy! The ART fascinated me in this one! The first one here is 8 Tracks! And the Pac Man ones are rubix cubes! How awesome is that?! Staff was friendly...hostess cleans table and kiosk thing before youre seated. Was a great experience!
We came in 45 minutes prior to close and felt bad. Our waitress was accommodating. Their water isn't filtered.
