Used to have a slice of pizza here almost every other day for two months. They have a variety of different flavors and prepare pizzas all day and night - until 1 am. Owners are very friendly too!
Pizza was delicious. This was my first time trying this location in the many times that I’ve been here visiting or even living. The sesame seed pizza crust is amazing. The pizza was soft, yet crispy and overall just delicious. Cheesy, saucy and everything. Chicken roll was also really good along with the sausage and pepper roll. I wasn’t such a fan of the personal pizza, but it was alright. I can’t say enough good things about the pizza though. Maybe it’s because I’ve been craving New York pizza, but it was amazing!

Joey's Pizza of Maspeth is the home sesame crust pizza! A friend of mine who grew up in the neighborhood recommend I give it a try. I ordered a regular slice with sesame crust and it was so good. The cheese and sauce were excellent and the sesame crust worked. I wish the crust was little more crispy, overall rating 8/10. Highly recommend if you like sesame!
We stopped here for dinner during our NYC visit and tried NY style veggies pizza, buffalo pizza, cheese pizza and their special meat veggie pizza. They all were great and so was the customer service. The pizzas were huge and we ended up packing some for next day. Overall, we had a great experience 👍
Pizza is perfect, and the meatball hero is the best I've ever had. Meatballs are not full of fillers and have just the right amount of spices, deliciouso.
While looking for pizzeria close to our neighborhood found this place. Ordered three different kind of slices of which veggie was the best. I love pizza crusts but it was little bit on the burnt side so had to throw. Would like to try when it is freshly made.
My family loves coming here! This pizzeria has one of the best margarita pizzas in NYC! My family and I always order a cheese & margarita slice. This store adds a spin to the crust using sesame seeds. Recommend 1000 %!
Best pizza in the hood and friendly staff. I definitely recommend the Chicago style magherita and Caprese.
Came in during dinner hour and ordered a pepperoni pie. After fifteen minutes, it was ready for me. They had plenty of plates and toppings on the side. I was expecting the whole bottom of the pie to have sesame seeds on it, but it was only the end. The sesame seeds do fall off easily, so maybe eat it from the side and don't fold it NY style. Flavor was alright, tastes like any other NY slice.
Went out with my father to go to a diner when he realized he forgot his Covid card. So we decided on a pizza. Joey's was near so went to geta pie. Ordered Large Pie with half Meatball and Half Sausage. When ready i went home the pie tasted excellent. The pie had sesame seeds in the crust a nice change i enjoyed. I will return

This is your typical "pizza joint". Get your slice and bounce. Not supposed to be 5 star cuisine. Pizza is OK but service was top notch. The guy behind the counter was really funny.
This place is amazing. Been coming here since I met my wife in 2007 and the food is still delicious. The BBQ chicken slice is awesome.
Great pizza !!! Will always support family business and that’s how they will make you feel… during visit owner was very supportive of older lady, as well towards my son asking him how he likes his pie - extra crispy lol !!! No pictures we finished pie too quick- owner was right again!
