Diverse menu offering. Fair pricing vs portion size. Definitely authentic. Clean, fast, and delicious. Whether you're dining in, taking out, or having food delivered you'll be pleased. Service is lightning fast when they're not jamming. But yes, you will actually have the wait sometimes during normal peak service times. Pleasant friendly hard working staff. Show them respect and loyalty.

What a great food! Staff so friendly, I loved that place... definitely it's a great place to have a really good time.
Very fresh and tasty! We loved the shrimp quesadilla! The tacos were good. Mom got the chicken, I got the fish tacos. Ordered Churros for desert. Great way to finish the meal! So yummy! We left smiling and full. Good times! Will be back to try other items and to eat more churros!
I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. It's a BYO, so we out and grabbed some brew and fermented berries. All 8 of us had a great dinner!
We ate A LOT... so our per person price is higher that normal.

Everything is super fresh, made to order and authentic. Fast delivery, friendly service while dining in. Unfortunately no liquor license.
AMAZING!!! I catered from Cancun today. It was very last minute, but they were so nice and so easy to deal with. They accommodated me and even went above and beyond. The food was so delicious and tasty and they gave us so much extra!! Next time you want to cater a fajita bar, make sure you order Cancun!!! You will not be disappointed.

On feb 9, i was on my way home from school and was cutting it very close to closing so when I asked for my usual, a chicken burrito bowl with jalapeños, they asked me if I wanted them fresh and I told them whatever is easiest. I’ve been going here for a few years and that was probably the best chicken burrito bowl I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Cancun 💙
Ordered from this place last night. Hubby got burrito I got enchilada dinner with rice & beans. OMG I have not had great Mexican in long time. Made me so happy. Everything was amazing. I'm excited to have left overs! Salsa, quac was so yummy & so obviously fresh. They will definitely be our new "dont want to cook comfort food spot!" OH & not that I got a bite but my hubby still talking about tres Leche cake this morn!
Great food, great service. I went here one day because it is close by but I was presently surprised, now this is my favorite local restaurant. I'd highly recommend it to everyone.

Staff was super nice and the place was very clean. Everythig was exceptionally fresh and well made. First time here so I was unsure if we sit to give our order to a waitress or place at the front because they have a big menu up front yet the decor was like a nice restaurant. Chips and queso tasted home made. Perfect. I had a vegetarian quesadilla and I swear it was one of the best I’ve eaten. Not too cheesy with vegetables marinated in a light sauce I’d say that gave it a boost. It wasn’t just peppers and onions. Had broccoli and some other vegetables. Maybe mushroom. Not sure but it was exceptionally well made and not boring. At it all. My wife has shrimp bowl and ate it all. Again very fresh flavorful and well made. Restaurant quality yet affordable. Would definitely recommend and come back again. My only gripe is there were these little black bugs flying around our table that kept pestering us. The place was exceptionally clean so I’m sure it was just because we were near the front door they kept opening.
