Good people at this one. Haven't ever had too much of an issue that they didn't apologize and at least try to fix! Food has been hot and we've been very happy. It's our late night go to!
Night crew really needs to be more professional. Saw some employees go outside and mess around with their cars, revving engines. Place was a mess, hardly anyone was attentive to customers and the orders took too long to be made.
Hours said open yet they served a car after midnight they claimed they were closed. Not the first time this has happened! Seems like they like to “close” at random times while they have a long line.
The lady showing people how to use the new kiosk with tree tattoo on her arm was very unpleasant and complained about having to help people. She wasnt nice at all (signing, rushing people, and very verbal) and let the people know she didnt like having to do what she was doing
Dining room shutdown. Waited outside for 24 mins. They were only taking one order at a time. Literally... Order at speaker, go to window, get your food, leave, then they would take the next order. Had a livestock trailer and they said they only take SOME walk up orders. Not worth the wait or the agg
I highly recommend the staff at night get their priorities straight. Especially on a busy nouveau Saturday night saying your closed but clearly your making food and your workers were standing by the drive through and the registers. Place is a joke, always closed and can only use the drive thru. The one time we caught them open it was winter and it was freezing cold and they didn't know how to turn on the heat. Shut this place down and put in something better.
