Culver's in Matteson is Awesome! Let's start from the top why I gave it a 5 Star rating. I'm one of the top business reviewers in Chicago when it comes to reviewing businesses on Google. This Culver's owner is what separates this location from the others I've went to. She is amazingly pleasant. She is grooming her employees to run the business just like she runs it. She cares about her customers and employees and it radiates throughout this location. This location is giving back to the community and that's a game changer before I even start talking about how delicious the food is. This is the location you want to visit! You can eat inside and outside. The burgers and spicy chicken sandwiches are delicious and that Strawberry cooler is everything!
This was by far the best Culver's that I have ever been to in my life and I have been in a lot of them. The restrooms were immaculately clean. The service was very good. The quality of food and presentation incredibly good. I wish qll Culver's were like this. Unfortunately they're not but this one. If I could give it 500 stars I would. Even the parking lot in landscaping were perfect.
Just recently visited this establishment on Cicero ave in Matteson, absolutely the best staff I've seen in awhile they were all in place helping the customer, greeting us as we walked in that made me feel welcome. Congratulations too the young man for taking my order on his first day stay encourage, also a thanks goes too the young (ladies) coworkers for assisting the young with taking the order.

Good burger except my bun was cold. At least put the bread in a warmer or something instead of taking a cold bun right out of the pack 🤦♀️🙄
Fries and onion rings were hot and fresh
ice cream was delicious 😋
