I had the Sofritas Burrito for the first time today, for the promotion. And u got to say it was fantastic! Excellent job. I love Chipotle anyway, but I would definitely get the Sofritas again! Thanks for your great food, staff, and keep up the good work!

Update March 6, 2016: this restaurant has turned things around 180 degrees. Excellent service ( no attitudes), food was great, I see that it helps to tell it like it is. today's review: 5 stars, as opposed to previous review.. I hope this helps, because I can see how very hard everyone has worked to turn things around, and there was noticably less stress on the employees to perform miracles. Keep it up. I do love Chipotle. The previous review, shown below, was also accurate at that time. I noticed many staff changes, and many attitude improvements.
Good is charitable.( at this time 2 stars) The food is fine, but why is it that whenever I go in, someone has to roll their eyes at me, or be rude to me? Is this a management problem? Oh yes..there are some people who are cheerful an enjoy their job,and kudos to them! But it seems like there is always one who gives me a dirty look when I ask for something extra---which I am happy to pay for? Why do they have to act annoyed? And by the way I always tip. Maybe that will end. I cannot think of a time in the past 2 yrs. when I have had a good experience here, although I have had many at other Chipotles. Maybe I will just go elsewhere.
I was having a very bad day went in got my dinner Antoinette I believe was her name was the cashier, the person that made up my bowl marked it w a C and it should have been an S so I told her .. the cashier rang up my dinner and the cleared it I asked her why no charge she told she gets to pick one person for the day to " buy " them dinner or lunch an I was her person .. I was overwhelmed I said thank you and left w a smile .... thank you again.
Best Chipotle in this area. Meal was hot! I was running late and figured I’d have a cold burrito bowl. Nope! And they didn’t skimp on the portions either. So many other Chipotles get cheap with their meat. But here? Nope! Good stuff. Not sure on the other reviews regarding bad attitude workers; I tend to avoid the lines and just order on the app. All was good!
One person had their new chicken bowl and the other had a burrito (with shredded beef). Both were tasty and certainly plentiful, but half the store was closed off with boards and construction equipment that maybe they're doing remodelling of some sort. It was clean and there was no noise coming from over there, but I am guessing that their offerings were somewhat limited due to the construction. (They didn't seem to have as many choices as I am used to; for example, there was no nachos.) Overall, however, no problems and had a good lunch thanks to the helpful and patient people behind the counter.
I hesitantly gave this place a 5 star rating. Most of the time they are on point and do an excellent job of having the order ready whenever I pull up for deliveries. On the other hand, there has been times when I arrived and the staff is discombobulated because of the long line. I understand that it can be difficult trying to service the online orders and in-store customers simultaneously. Never the less it's fustrating waiting 20 minutes after the order should have been ready.
Also I want to mention how their drink dispensers are always broken. Management need to call a technician and get it fixed. Other than that the food is delicious.
