Enjoyed my first time in. My wife always gets the Cinnamon crunch bagel and swears by it. I ordered the Blueberry scone (delicious) and a chocolate croissant for later... also tasty when re-heated. I'll return.

I had an online order that I had an issue regarding delivery (issue was DoorDash, let’s be honest). I called the store and spoke to Shelia, who was the manager on duty. She not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to help me. Currently being at home with COVID, delivery was my only option.
The service was fast, the customer service was fair, but my latte was nasty. The young lady was apologetic and tried to fix it but it seems like they must've been trained incorrectly. The second time was equally as bland and tasteless. I paid $7.00 for milk and whipped cream. Never again.
