Service was wonderful. Didn't wait long for the food. The Cheddar and Broccoli Soup was excellent! The Staff was very friendly and made sure everything was running smoothly!

My husband and I eat there about once a week. He loves the black bean soup and I enjoy the creamy tomato soup, We order that with half a sandwich and are always very satisfied. The food and service has been excellent.
Great food and a comfy environment to sit, dine and read - meal prices do escalate quickly. The Pick Two is the way to go for a decent meal - put together a soup or salad and sandwich to match your craving. The new spicy take chicken sandwich is a enjoyable mix of flavors and worth a try. Good selection of blended teas and lemonades to compliment your meal. Courteous staff, attentive management and all willing to go the extra step to correct any mistakes.

Carina’s customer service was extraordinary! She helped me understand the menu and helped me decide what I would get and it was delicious! She greeted me with a smiling face and a very warming welcome to Panera! Definitely will be back and I hope I am able to be served by Carina again!
Enjoyed my first time in. My wife always gets the Cinnamon crunch bagel and swears by it. I ordered the Blueberry scone (delicious) and a chocolate croissant for later... also tasty when re-heated. I'll return.

Man where do I begin the young man that had dreads was so sweet he was a cashier I've never been there before and ask him suggestions and told him that I had a patient that had no teeth elderly what kind of soup would he recommend it's not too spicy he offered the soup and sandwich special I love the barbecue chicken sandwich my patient absolutely loves the broccoli and cheese and he just offered me different offers told me about the membership card which I still ain't activated sadly and I've been there like five times if he's there when I go in he automatically knows what I want to order or when I walk into pick up my order they all know who I am now but they're friendly faces and just wave and hey how are you know blah blah blah very super nice people and the first time I didn't know what to do besides after I order in the manager was out there explaining it to other people and he said here's my order thank you for coming and when I explained it was my first visit he's like welcome thank you for giving us a chance and I look forward to serving you again soon couldn't ask for anybody better to be running that place the staff is wonderful managers wonderful
I had an online order that I had an issue regarding delivery (issue was DoorDash, let’s be honest). I called the store and spoke to Shelia, who was the manager on duty. She not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to help me. Currently being at home with COVID, delivery was my only option.. and it was super frustrating having this issue. Thank you so much, Shelia, for taking great care of me - and the food was delicious!!
