I'm in the industry and understand the struggles faced even more in recent years. I worked for this brand at one point so I understand even moreso. Unfortunately, this location, which once my go to, has declined rapidly. Cleanliness, standards, food quality all of it. Out of guacamole, black beans, fajita veggies at 1130 AM? One young man working line at noon, a POS trying to help the line while ringing up people with gloves, one online, a grill guy with no head covering. Randomly a manager who appeared to be busy trying to prep stuff would pop his head onto the floor.

Terrible - I got 4 pieces of steak which were burnt and dried out on my entire burrito with no fajitas. My amount of steak in the burrito is at the top right of the pic. My wife got a bowl with majority of corn & Guac with rice & the tiniest bit of steak which is also missing fajitas. Just absurd!

Gave this chipotle a second chance and decided to go back after last failed experience. Got my order completely wrong. Only decided to go back be albermale rd is worst and wifey wanted. Won’t make the mistake to go back I ordered double steak got shredded beef. Wasted gas time and energy. Again I will not support this establishment anymore. Be careful eating here

This place has gone down hill very fast. Employees don’t even care anymore. The restaurant was dirty. Seems like management wasn’t there. Customer service was horrible. Had to ask for my food to be done twice because the meat was burnt.

Reluctantly, after several bad experiences at this Chipotle location, I write a negative review. In the last several months when visiting this location they have not had various key ingredients and the restaurant itself has been unclean. Today, though, was the worst experience. First, the restaurant was closed inside due to a gas leak, which seemed suspicious because other business surrounding it were open and people were working inside. But they said to order online. So we did. It said our order would be ready in around 5 minutes. Well, it wasn't ready for OVER AN HOUR later. What's more, several parts of the order were wrong. They offered no discount even after this. I'm very disappointed as I love Chipotle and this location used to be good.

For me, presentation is just as important as the taste of the food. When I picked it up the side of the bag was wet for whatever reason. When I got home something was dripping from the bag. When I opened the bag at home and took the food out I noticed why it was dripping. The bag was sat straight up on the shelf when we went to pick it up. My burrito bowl was placed in the bag sideways and was dripping whatever was coming out of the bowl. Very disappointing. The 3 stars were given because the food was decent in taste and the other 2 items ordered looked presentable.

I had such a bad experience!! I wanted steak and there was none and I asked the worker “when will there be fresh steak” and he told me “it’ll be ready in 7 minutes” I waited almost 25 minutes and I got back in line and asked him again about the steak and he says “oh they never put it on the grill” SO WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO WAIT 7 MINUTES” so ridiculous…. They never have their meats ready and it’s always messy… this chipotle needs a whole new crew and management needs to do better.

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been at. Every single person working there ignored us while there was literally 7 people behind us waiting to be served. After no lie probably 19 minutes they took our order- we almost walked out and went to the pizza place next door. They said they were out of white rice and it was going to be 30 minutes until it was done. We got over salted guacamole and stale chips. Seriously if I was a franchise owner of this store, I would do some serious rethinking of the hiring structure. Every single person working tonight should have been let go.

Perhaps the first person in the assembly line could have made us aware and we would have ordered something that didn't require a fork.

I work at chipotle before and this chipotle is very slow employee don't care how the restaurant look the line dirty and nasty looking what's going on with all chipotles in nc y'all need to do better job go see a restaurant tour and then see your store...

Disappointed today.... In town visiting family. It was the first time I have placed an order for pickup at this location. The order was for 4 taco salads and not a single order was complete. Each salad was identical except the meat choice. I requested extra pico, lettuce, onions/peppers on all. What I received was a salad with almost no lettuce, maybe a spoonful of pico, and no onions or peppers. I'm a huge fan of Chipotle but this event left a bad taste in my mouth.
