I stopped by here a few days ago while traveling for a doctor appointment, and this place was a huge disappointment. First, they have an overpriced limited menu. A bean burrito at other locations is a $1ish, and here is it $3. Then, when I approached the counter to order, the employees did not immediately stop their gossip fest about another employee quick enough to take my order. I wanted to get a small nachos with just beans and cheese on it, but the cashier told me no. That they do not do custom orders, and that I can only get what was on the menu. This is the first time in my life, that I could not get an order made custom, at a FAST FOOD restaurant no less. I did not want to go into details with the rude cashier about my personal life, but I have food restrictions, and sometimes people need to eat based off their food restrictions. I should have walked out then, but sadly I did not. After the cashier gave an insincere effort to take my order the worse was yet to come. A lady stepped to the back counter to make my order, but gave me a dirty look before making it. Then, she proceeded to make my order while her MASK WAS TUCKED UNDER HER CHIN, and she was TALKING while making the order. She was talking about the same employee they were talking about when I walked in. I was appalled. I had to wear a mask to go in to make the order, but the employees were so intrigued with their gossip fest that they made my order MASK LESS during a PANDEMIC. Seriously? I'm not sure she wore gloves either. I took my order out to my family, and told my partner about how the order was made, who in turn took the order and threw it in the trash. So, money wasted and no one was able to have dinner on the drive back home. It wasn't worth the time and effort to go back inside to have the order re made without the employee wearing a mask again. By the way, there were no other customers in the restaurant, including Popeyes.
I wish I would have read the horrible reviews about this location before stopping here, but I was at their mercy because I was coming in off a 12 hour car drive with a few hours left.
I did reach out to Taco Bell corporate, who said they would contact this location to address this issue, but I do not know if this location will take my concerns seriously. Based off the other reviews, it seems like they do not. Maybe corporate should review some video recordings about the employees here and their lack of customer service and wearing a mask. This is not the first review I have seen about the employees being rude and not handling food properly.

Rip off alert!!! Not just a nickle and dime rip off... its a fifty-cent dollar rip off!!! Two of us had two items each and ice water. I got change back on a $20 bill. Asked for sour cream instead of the hotter sauce they use, on two items, up charged .80 cents each. No discount for removing the other saice that is a sour cream base. Then charged .50 cents each for water. They said the water is free, but you must pay for cup...this dinky water cup that probably costs them a nickle. All I got from asking these questions was attitude... we can cancel the order and give you your money back. Their food wasn't that great. Next time we'll go to Popeyes instead and get a much better meal for that price!!!

We stopped here on our way home and we regret it. First they didn’t have the power bowl that every other Taco Bell has. Then I ordered a nacho bel grande instead and it was a sloppy mess. Plus the chips were really stale. Do yourself a favor and pass this exit for food.

What is wrong with this Taco Bell, the guy always rude and they have never stuff available. They need to hire new staff

No point in requiring customers to wear masks when an employee is wearing a mask as a chin strap.

There was a time when I saw that big bell on the side of highways that I could not wait to stop and get my favorite XXL Burrito. Since they have downed the menu, Taco Bell has become, more or less, a no other choice option for eating. No longer do I crave Taco Bell and seeing that big bell next to a McDonalds, I rather go into McDonalds. Again, they are a "no other option" place now. From the rather small lifeless menu, the food is still pretty good, but it wont be the same for me anymore. Like their menu items, I'm slowly fazing Taco Bell from my life. Probably wouldnt return if they brought the old items back. Because it is certain they will disappear again.

Traveling across the country...stopped in for gas and a bite to eat....saw a cockroach run across taco bell floor as I entered, turned right around and walked out...and gas pump didn't work either. Don't waste time stopping here. Gross.
