🍕They say better ingredients make a better pizza but personally I think better service makes better pizza and the staff was on that night ^_^!
A simple Tuscan cheese for a little girl but the 'Play Dough' and the extra smile made it much more worthwhile!!🍕

I have ordered Papa John's very few times now since they have closed the Charleston store. The people at the store are always very friendly, and quick. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is that similar to another's review, we were told Charleston would have delivery from Mattoon but don't.

We had there stuffed crust pepperoni pizza! It was very good lots of cheese in the crust.

I order Pizza on Jan,4th at 11:15pm when we received the pizza it was raw. We called back as soon as we noticed it was raw and the manager said she already shut the ovens off and would give me a full refund and replace my order. I call back on Jan,8th to get my replacement and had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest manger I’ve ever spoke to at any business. If I was told I was going to receive a full refund and have my food replaced that should stand. I will never order there again and it’s very clear this is poor management!

Talk about exceptional customer service! Josh went out of his way to make a sale. I pulled up to place a carry out. Then I seen the door where it stated carryout orders close at 10pm daily. It was 10:24. I was calling in to see if they still delivered and he said, "Is that you put in the car?" I replied, "yes, it is." He said to come on in! He apologized for the hours on the door and took our order with a smile. I really miss this level of customer service. Thank you John for doing such a wonderful job! I hope the store manager knows what an asset he/she has in the mattoon store.
