My wife and I arrived at 8pm for dinner and Audra (the hostess I assume) immediately greeted us with a smile and hello. Our waitress Lianalei was very knowledgeable and friendly and tended to all our dining needs. Our blooming onion and sauce was crispy and tasty. The salad was fresh and crisp and the baked potatoe soup was hearty and flavorful. Our baked potatoes were hot and loaded with toppings. The coconut shrimp and sauce had a good texture and flavor too. Our steaks came out done to our desired doneness and bursting with flavor. The bread and butter were very good as well. Thank you for a great dinner out. We will be returning on another date night.
Outback in Kihei is a reliably great place for dinner and lunch. As locals it’s a about once a month or so we make it here and it is always a great time.
We always enjoy the mushrooms for an appetizer. They steaks are always cooked to order, and they know how to do rare.
We’re not quite sure what had happened since Covid in 2020 but prior to that there was always a wait line at the door especially on the weekends. Now when we go in it’s rarely full.
Either way it’s one of our date night go tos and we appreciate the staff and the experience.
Bartender/server was very friendly. I think I am leaving a review just for him. He made everything great!
Appetizer: Bloomin’ onion was ok. The cajun seasoning was too much, and some parts of the onion wasn’t cooked well, it was a bit raw.
Entree:
1) Aussie Twisted ribs were very good! Sirloin was cooked medium rare perfectly.
2) I wouldn’t recommend chicken and shrimp pasta. Pasta came with an alfredo sauce but the noodles were very dry and the sauce was just ok.
Still an amazing experience, 5 stars!
The food was excellent! Our server Ashlee L. was attentive, friendly and courteous. The price of our lunch was very reasonable. We love Outback! (Forgot to take pic of my salad)
Absolutely amazing perfect service every single time , when our beautiful Ms Audra is working . She is so professional and making sure satisfaction is on top! Our waitress Lianalei gave us VIP service throughout our comforting dinner and desert ! I wish we could give a million stars because this has been the best experience ever, food was perfection!!! I personally thank SEAN our waiter from Outback Kihei Maui. Sean did an exquisite over the top fireworks relationship with our dine in experience. Starting with your name and I will be taking care of you. To our drinks and our BLOOMIN ONION app. with a display stand. Entrees are wonderful: I had a cup of soup(pictured) as one of my sides clam chowder which is amazing hot to serve, perfect size, if you have questions Sean is very knowledgeable, every detail is carefully noted. Steak with espresso butter ohh my goodness amazing tender melt in your mouth taste so good. And dessert ? Fabulous make sure you order the thunder from down under: ice cream, chocolate, brownie uhhh soo good👍 happily serves three 3 people. Thank You SEAN.
Great food! Excellent service. There was a group of 26 of us. They kept the coffee hot, waters full, and was readily available for anyones needs. I had the fire roasted BBQ Chicken. I liked that the BBQ sauce was on the side. The wife had the center cut sirloin. It was prepared exactly like she asked for. The food was brought out at almost the same time, which is nice because sometimes when you have large groups, at other restaurants, the people served first are done eating before the last get served.
Oh yeah the raspberry cheesecake was excellent! Highly recommend Outback Steakhouse Kihei, Maui Hawaii
Very good service from Rachel. Had the prime rib, baked potato, and a dinner salad. Everything was good, actually better than I expected. Also, I forgot my mask and the hostess graciously gave me a mask from her car.

So I've been to a lot of Outback Steakhouses and this one is the best. Went here twice during our visit to Maui. I was throughly impressed both times. The service was amazing. Everyone seemed like they were happy to work there and help people. The food was perfect. It was out at a reasonable time, especially since I have a 3 year old that can't sit still for more than a min.
I have enjoyed eating at our local Outback Steakhouse in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii over the years. Over 48 visits using the rewards means up to $20 off on the fourth visit. The food is very good as well as the staff. Mahalo!
Service was amazing and lianalei was so kind and quick. She was one of the best servers I’ve had at Outback. The service assistant Caleb was so awesome; he always made sure we were satisfied and gave us refills as soon as possible. Eric, the Manager was so generous and made us feel like we were at home. The food was delicious and it came out quickly. The service was immaculate and the food was outstanding. If I could give 6 stars I would ~Michael Man
Excellent server! Our meat was really good, but overcooked. Had to wait 40 minutes to get seated when the place was not full
Food is great, and Brad the guy is super great. No, everyone is fantastic! Serving is big. Just be careful when you order. I made the mistake of changing my order from pork porterhouse to beef porter house without checking the menu... Turned out I changed a $19 order to a $35 one. My mistake not theirs.
