OMG! Service was FANTASTIC. We spent the whole evening running around and just wanted something good to eat. Stopped in 15 min before closing and the staff didn't bat an eye. Took the time to explain the menu and help us first timers make choices. Will be back for sure! Thanks Katie for your wonderful hospitality!
This was my second time ever going to balance and I was very impressed with the staff! I didnt know much about bubble tea and they helped explain the drinks in great detail! I ordered the neon lights with extra bubbles and asked for some to be placed on the top and the bottom and they were more than happy to do so!
I recently dowloaded the Balance app. It makes advance ordering easy. With each order we earn more. Everything on the menu is delicious and looks like the advertisements. Every dish is so flavorful. There's quite a lot to choice from. What a variety of bubble teas! Tho it's hard to describe the cuisine here, everyone I introduce to Balance is impresed!
First time every eatting here and it was amazing, great service, the cashier lady did an amazing job at explaining the menu to me and what all the bubble teas was. I definitely will be a long term customer.
I've used their catering service a few times and today I stopped into the restaurant. The food is very healthy and tasty. The service was very quick for a call in order.
The bubble tea is a little disappointing though I continue to get it because it’s one of the only places in the area that you can. The food is very fresh, it just is also fairly simple. All of the sauces are on the side so you have to mix your own in. It’s kind of like chipotle but with Asian themed dishes
Delicious!!!! The flavors in the food really blend well. The service was good. Didn't try the tea but next time. Price reasonable for the quality and quantity. If ever this way again I will stop. Thanks for the yummy goodness.
