By far the best place to dine for Italian cuisine!!! Courteous and attentive wait staff. Phenomenal food.
This was our first time dining at Carabbas and we enjoyed it very much! Our server, Jessica, was the best! Very attentive, answered our questions and was great at recommending dishes to try! Thank you Jessica! The food was delicious and we are definitely returning again!
Our food and service were excellent!! The pasta with shrimp and scallops in a creamy vodka sauce was delicious!! Our waitress was very knowledgable and one of the best!

We stopped yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner. I had a sirloin with the spicy butter, and ordered a side of sea scallops. My wife had the Pollo Rosa Maria. The food was excellent. Everything tasted freshly prepared, and the wait staff did a terrific job. I highly recommend this Carrabba's for an excellent dining experience.
I've never had a bad meal at this location. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. Sit in Kim's or Jessica's section if you can, they're both very good. If you're sitting at the pizza bar, Gerald, one of the kitchen guys is great to talk to, very friendly and very nice to my children. If this location was closer to north Toledo, we'd be there weekly.

First time to the Maumee location...We had the best appetizers, dinners, desserts and of course drinks in this very clean and well managed restaurant. Our server David E and the manager Shawn were AWESOME and FANTASTIC:) Everyone should give this restaurant a try and enjoy "A treasure trove" of flavor that comes out of this restaurant. My husband and I haven’t dined at Carrabba’s Italian Grill located at 3405 Briarsfield Blvd. in Maumee, Ohio for several years. We are pleased that we stopped in tonight. The waiter, Trey, gave fast and great service. He checked on us many times.
Our food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! We ordered the Chicken Ryan with asparagus and the steak with mash potatoes and asparagus. The Sausage Lentil Soup was fantastic, too! Be sure to stop in and try any of the above suggestions!

Went there at 9 PM for late dinner after a movie. Wasn't too busy at that time, we asked to be seated for a booth instead of being wedged next to two other tables in the back. Our waitress Brooke was friendly but not too attentive given the business at the time, but not knocking her on that, we're pretty easy going patrons. I ordered a strawberry Lemonade and it tasted so sweet and strong it was like I was drinking perfume, but to each their own. My wife ordered the same thing and loved it. My Chicken Marsala and potatoes were top notch, I enjoy the sauce so any extra drop is fine by me. Wife ordered cheese ravioli and they came out fine as well, perfect amount of sauce per ravioli ratio and everything. Ambiance is nice, lights dimmed and the kitchen is cooking in a semi open area you can kinda watch and smell everything. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here a few years ago so I remember with like, 15+ people they handled it very well and food was as amazing then as it is when we came in.
Our server Raja(spelling?) was amazing! She delivered on every detail even though she was busy. She was kind, beautiful and patient. Our food came out in timely fashion, was perfect temperature, and each item on our pallet was full of flavor.
Rob was just fabulous and food was excellent and service. I will definitely definitely request Rob he is hands down one of the best servers I have had!!!!! Rob always made sure that we were taking care of. He always came back to our table to see if we needed anything!! He made a great impression on me and mom as customers!!! I order the eggplant parmesian with truffle fries it was just delish!!! I would definitely order this again!!!!
Best Carrabba's EVER! The staff is all super duper friendly, the owner, Alex, is an awesome guy, and all of the food is top notch! Katelyn makes the best salads ever, and all of the cooks most definitely prepare their dishes with lots of love. I've been here twice now, and I will most DEFINITELY be back!
