We've ordered 3x from this particular Bob Evans. It's close to work and thought it would be a good idea. First time, was pretty good. Second time, wild fire salads were made incorrectly, no BBQ sauce on it... which is why it's even called a wild fire salad. Bessie Mae, I believe her name was, was wonderful... made us 2 correctly made salads. A little grossed out by the long haired kid behind the counter, repeatedly flicking his hair as he walked back and forth by food. Ordered again today. Hardly any chicken on the salads, pieces ripped up, dry, and... someone obviously cut our banana bread in half, making 2 pieces from one. Skinniest skimpiest most pathetic little banana bread slices ever. Over $20 for these 2 salads. Guess we'll be heading back to briarfield cafe for lunch from now on. Very disappointed.

This is our go-to location when we visit family in Toledo. We took a group of 17 there - Brenna was our server, and she (and others from the team who pitched in to help) did a wonderful job! Food was great, service was cheerful and orders were accurate. Many thanks for a pleasant meal - great teamwork !

The only reason I gave 2 stars was cause the food was good. Service on the other hand was awful. 10 minutes and nothing the new tables that came in after us were taken care of and we still had not even given drink orders yet. Finally the manager came over and took our drink order and could clearly see we were ready to order but didn’t take our food order said our server would be with us. 10 minutes later and the new table behind had already got there food did our waitress finally come to take our order. Then a different waitress delivered our food fixed the problems with my daughters food got us refills she was a good one and only saw our original waitress to give us our bill.

Always friendly service. Hubs and I usually go for breakfast or dinner. We order the salads a lot... very big, very good and filling and makes us feel like we can say yes to banana bread or a roll!

Absolutely LOVE this location. I often get a breakfast for me and my child through Door Dash and they always have everything we need plastic silverware, straw, and napkins. I have dined a few times and the service was great. Our food is always good and fresh.

It's been awhile since eating at Bob Evans. Like every place else my favorites just aren't like they used to be. I got the country fried steak, it used to be nice and thick with lots of white gravy. I used to have to cut it with a knife now It's so thin I could use my fork. As for the gravy I probably had a Tablespoon on it, not even enough to cover half my steak. Im not saying it was horrible just way different than it used to be.

Not bad for Bob Evans. Bill was a good and friendly waiter. Location seems to struggle finding enough wait staff. 10 minute wait time for a store only half in use.

The food was great, the service was even greater. Didn't have to wait more than 10 - 15 minutes to get our food. Love this place!!!!

The menu and food was very good. However what impressed me was the excellent and friendly service provided by everyone working to each and every customer for the hour I was there. I heard several people saying thank you for the great service also. Thank you Bill for your excellent service, it is appreciated. Thank you to the chefs for the excellent food. Thank you to the young woman who greeted me and cashed me out. Finally, it was very obvious the staff respected the management and vice versa. You are all appreciated. Thank you again.

Very friendly staff. The food is so good, its hard to decide what to get. Margie is our favorite waitress, & we request her each time we eat here. Everyone is more than willing to make your visit the best. My husband & I eat out once a week, and we choose this Bob Evans!

This restaurant still has excellent food and service however the dining area needs a good cleaning. We were there about noon and the floor was not very clean. It is showing its age. Could use a remodel
