Food good. Beer cold. But you clearly get superior service if you roid up and bring pretty gals. Otherwise you get lapped and forgotten until the clique minded staff finds time to add you in.
And why are draft beers being served in plastic cups?

Everything I have tried has been amazing! Ribs, burger, pizza, wings ...... The deep fried pickles are the best I have ever had! Food great, staff even better. Big shout out to Manager, Katie! She is amazing. Can't forget my favorite server, Britney! Thanks, Mikey for slinging my drinks. And to all the other servers I like, THANKS!

Service was terrible! Waited 1/2 hour on a TERRIBLE appetizer!! Took the waitress that long to come back for our order! Burger was not cooked enough! I will not go back. Nor do I recommend the place!

25 minute wait with lots of open tables and an empty patio, which is where we wanted to sit. After about 10 minutes we went and sat at the bar. As always the food was great the drinks were good. Our waitress was pretty good for having a busy bar.

We had am very bad experience. We came in at 7pm, a server served us, she said she will be right back to take our order. We had to remind her about 30 minutes later, that she forgot us.
My boyfriend and I both order a burger. We both ordered the meat to be WELL. The server took 25 minutes to get our food to the table.
And she claimed we ordered WELL DONE. And the food was burnt! We complained about the food and only got ONE burger remade.
While we are here, there was twice food we never ordered was delivered to our table. It was supposed to delivered to the table next to ours.
Later, she was giving out checks. When she was giving back our changes, she shorted one of my friend a few coins, and another friend 2 dollars. (Instead of 44 dollars she gave my friend 42 and most of them are in dollar bills).

There is no e better than Sidelines Maumee. We go there with our friends twice a week & sometimes more! My retirees group meets there once a month. The food is great (& we know food), drinks are really good ( & we definitely know booze). The best part are the staff. From the awesome manager to the bar & wait staff including the hostesses. They are polite & some go out of their way to get you what you need/

Chicken dishes are all a joke. Overcooked and preposterously underportioned. Service was mediocre, and no one really seemed to care if the customers were satisfied or not. Customers are not a burden to you, they are the reason for your existence. The restaurant itself is very nice, and with a culture that was more customer service oriented, this could be a very fun place to visit. As it exists now, I don't see them staying in business very much longer.
