The staff was fast & friendly. The tea was a little watered down today. I didn't notice until I was home that she gave me the wrong muffin; I wanted the last orange cranberry muffin, but she gave me blueberry.
The ceasar salad is pretty good but a little stingy on the dressing. If you go for the added chicken, ask for extra dressing.

Ordered a rapid pickup but they didn't include the drink that was in the order. No paper towels in mens restroom. No napkins that I've seen except in my bag. Margherita pizza sauce was very sloppy.

No wifi here. WiFi is up and broadcasting but no internet is actually on the other side. They stopped their guest wifi to save money.

Pretty bad when you order the BACON Turkey Bravo and they don't put bacon on the BACON Turkey Bravo nor do they tell you. After taking it back I was offered bacon crumbles. SAD.

They left the bacon off my BLT. No croutons with my French onion soup. The previous time I was there, they took my breakfast away from me because someone ordered the last one for pickup. Sure miss the Glendale location. Forget the clean eating nonsense and work on customer service.

Stopped in today to enjoy a chicken Ceaser sandwich and they no longer make it,due to the bread they use. Guess this will be my last time here. Really enjoyed the sandwich and the atmosphere.

I have weekly tea & gossip with my friend at the Bowling Green Panera. Love the food. The staff varies from very good to snarly. It seems to depend on which manager is present. Have had no problems with the staff at the Maumee Panera.
