Good was good. Would have given 5 starts but the person that took my order must have been new and when I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers on my sandwich he said it comes on it so he didn't put it on the order. Well it didn't come on it. But other than that it was good.

More of a Circus then a Buisness at this location. People making the sandwiches stopped making them to only start dancing to some rap music they were playing. Waited in line for 15 minutes looked behind me and seen 4 other people waiting and looking at them like, really? ? Very disappointed... hire mature people who work...not clowns who dance to music. Great food there though.

To the young man who made my #6 today at about 3pm- probably not your best work, it was dripping mayo. Way too heavy on the mayo, go easy next time, especially on the wheat bread. It was very close to being inedible, I scraped a lot off which unfortunately took the lettuce with it. The #5 was fine though.

Good food , prices are well.. fast , the young adults working mostly have a great attitude and good smiles.. Quick better tasting lunch this is it..

Drive a truck for a living, and this by far was the worst carry out restaurant ever. I was third in line and cashier told me and the people behind me he wasn’t taking any more orders. Said he was to busy. Didn’t even look like they were short staffed. I can see if he was overwhelmed but he was so rude about it. Me and the people behind me who had to leave were dumbfounded .

Amazing staff and amazing deli subs but I think if jimmy John's did pizza's they would be unstoppable

I went to grab some lunch here yesterday and I was shocked at how amazing the customer service was!! Ive never had this great of an experience at a Jimmy John's to be honest. The guy who helped me recommended a certain mustard and it was great and the atmosphere of the workers was just all around good. I just dont see that as often these days.

I ordered a sub from them before lunch rush hour time. It told me on one food delivery service the delivery time would be 18 mins. I ended up ordering through the direct jimmy johns website. My food took over an hour to delivery! With my work schedule, I missed my lunch break, and now can’t eat this sub. I also asked for a couple extra details that they did not do (cut in half). When I called the maumee location the guy on the phone was so rude. First stated, “well you have your food now, right?” And told me 45/60mins is normally delivery time now. He also stated they are NOT freaky fast. And they had not been their slogan for about 5 years now. He also kept cutting me off, and wouldn’t let me talk. So, if your looking for friendly staff and fast service. DONT GO to the maumee location!
