I go to this location out of shear convenience but that may change. Recently just terrible customer service. Most recently I walked inside and the 3 workers just looked at me and continued on with whatever they were doing.

Wife is Canadian and we loved finding a Timmy's. Stuff was great and the coffee was hot like it's supposed to be not scald the inside of your mouth hit.

Employees are careless. One was sleeping in the dining area. They took liberty to change our order without asking because they were out of stuff. Just gave us something different. Dirty inside as well. Food was awful. 4 employees behind the counter. Walked up and no one even said a w
The staff seemed scrambled and confused but despite that were friendly. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a hot chocolate and black coffee because of the confusion. Everything tasted good though and it might have just been a rough shift! Wont hesitate to go back again if its convenient.
