The staff was super friendly they were so ready to take our order that two of them was talking to us at the same time and being super sweet. The food was delicious and fresh. I never tried their breakfast before but after today I’m addicted. Kudos to the staff and this Wendy’s!

Our Family of 4 was passing through and we chose Wendy's. We dined in, and our wait time was a bit slow. I realize the staff has their "Drive-thru and Those who are dining in. Our wait time was about 10 -15 minutes. The staff was very busy but the man at the counter was very pleasant.

Pulled up to the drive thru window around 9:50, no answer. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, I understand what it means to be short staffed because I work in the service industry too. After ten minutes, I say Hello? No response. I say it a couple more times and no response. I called the store because I also noticed the customer at the drive thru window was waiting there for as long as I had been at the speaker. No answer. I was about to drive off and a guy opened the window and yelled at me to hold on. He then proceeds to give the customer at the window food and then when she pulls away I ask him if they’re still open. He said yes and I said nobody was answering. He said “oh we don’t answer the phone” I say We also were at the speaker waiting for ten minutes with no response after saying hello. He then proceeds to go back inside and yell at the employees with the window open. I felt uncomfortable because he was literally screaming at them so I drove off and then he notices I was leaving and he hangs out the window and starts yelling at me. that was the most uncomfortable situation I’ve experienced getting food. The guy at the speaker needs to learn how to talk to people and his coworkers in a respectful manner. He was a tall African American with braided hair.

There breakfast sandwiches are pretty good! The service was really slow. They were only taking one car order, and then not taking the next car order until the first one was complete.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nine times out of ten when I go there they do not have chocolate frostys. How can you always be out of something you are known for? And not only that, we sat in the drive thru for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Only after my husband jokingly said they were busy did anyone acknowledge us. We were the only ones there!!! I don't usually put out bad reviews. But this is really ridiculous!! So if you want a chocolate frosty do not go here!!

Employees seem fine but the store is clearly understaffed. They are doing what they can and I feel bad, especially considering Wendys is on the slower end of fast food chains to begin with. Probably the best Wendys in the area.

Wont even take orders at drive thru door dash only hahahaha there was not 1 person in line or picking up "doordash" understand under staffing but when you have to pre order fast food lmao yea right wont be back. Place is a joke

Careless and rude staff with an inefficient way of operating and lacking upbeat energy. Only reason I gave 2 starts is cause at least my food was hot. If you’re able, choose another location! :/
