Their burgers are good and are a little better than the competition but they are over priced. Yet, Wendy's has something the others don't. They have baked potatoes. Which I get with the cheese sauce and shredded cheese. They're unique and quick and very worth their price.

I had to wait about 15min at drive through for my online order. I didn’t get a dressing for my salad and lettuce weren’t fresh. I supposed to get spicy crispy fried chicken for my salad but I got grilled chicken instead. Very disappointed!

Food was ok however the lady at the window was rushing while taking my order and when I got to the window to pay it was wrong. When I corrected her she started laughing. I asked her why did she think it was funny to not only rush customers but get their order wrong. She just walked off. It's so hard to find great customer service

Me and my boyfriend went there last night first of all when we got to the window all the kids in there were messing around and not doing their job. They took my boyfriends card from him and we didn’t get it back for another 10 minutes at least and the workers in the store came outside to workers came outside and they started fighting it and being very unprofessional. After waiting 15 minutes we finally got our food and our card back we were very disappointed with the trip and when we were driving off they were fighting in the building in the lobby still being unprofessional and not doing their job at all. When I checked our bag we were missing two items and our sandwiches didn’t have the correct ingredients while I’m very disappointed with this location it will never be coming back and I advise you all to do the same

The second Wendy’s in this area I went to that had a locked dining room. I’m driving across the country and went well out of my way to try to eat Wendy’s but I wanted to get out of my car and eat at a table at a restaurant that had a bathroom. Apparently this is not that kind of restaurant.

If i could rate 0/5 i would. Very very poor service. Was doordashing and came to this wendys 1 time and ended up waiting 30 mins for food, second time picking up and order, waited another 30 when i was sitting at the window listening to all the employees argue and conversate about their lives. Very unprofessional and you will lose my business.

Waited in the drive thru lone for 30 minutes. When finally got to the speaker it turns out the employees would take 1 order and not take another until the first order was complete. Staff was rude and seemed to have attitudes with customers. Felt like we were a bother to them instead of feeling welcomed. When finally got to the order window I wasn't even acknowledged for another 15 minutes. Horrible experience, Horrible and unprofessional staff.

Omg, I read all the complaints and I wonder if the management even reads these. We have been in line for over 15 minutes with only one customer ahead of us. This is the worst place ever, service is sooo slow!!

We waited 10 minutes with 2 guys in front of us, in all that time no one had time to take our order so we left, or the guys in front of us. A Wendy's employee walked back and forth aimlessly not doing anything . Went to another fast food a couple doors down and immediately were waited on. Will not go back.

Actually NO STARS !! WENDY'S WHERE'S MY CHANGE ? The following story is the principal of the matter, not that we're cheapskates ! We were coming home from a long day tonight, and stopped by the local Wendy;s at Conant and Indiana by the Trail. We ordered 2 frostys which cam to $3.98. I gave the first person 4 dollars. Ok ...simple math, shouldn't I get 2 pennies back ? Used to be a few months ago they would ask, do you want your 2 cents back, and a person would say yes or no.THIS GIRL JUST STOOD THERE AND TOOK THE NEXT ORDER AND DIDN'T EVEN BAT AN EYE OR LOOK AT ME. Hey,some people save change and pennies and why would you sell a product for $ 3.98 knowing you're going to keep the 2 cents !!! This ads up during the course of the day. How many pple have they done this to
